Such a great place and amazing idea to make reformer affordable and accesible to all. Studio is clean, modern and bright. Videos and instructions are easy to follow along so you don't miss having an instructor there, with all the equipment you could possibly need. Classes running every 45 minutes every single day including public holidays gives great freedom to ensure I can keep up my pilates passion around everything else. The entire team have been so attentive to ensure any admin matters are dealt with very fast and always follow up to check in on how members are going. Thank you Pronto, love your work!!

Fabulous for beginners and regulars. Plus with the beach and brunch spots close by, great way to socialise with friends!

This is the best idea ever. The classes are high quality, with easy to follow video instruction. New classes come up often so you don't get bored. It is a great workout, which is now in an affordable format, i.e. without instructors. The classes roll over throughout the day, so you can pick a time that suits. I look forward to going each time and feel stronger by the end. I have no complaints and have recommended to friends.

Very good space and environment, equipment was up to date and well maintained and clean.Good class ratio and screens were big enough to follow along and virtual instructor knew when and what to say to remind of posture, techniques etc. Would highly recommend a try for anyone considering it

What a wonderful place to do Pilates.I have been practicing for many years and know my limitations so I can practice in a way that is good for me and then walk along the beach after ❤️

Being honest I didn't like anything about this place, starting because you have to download an application to access the place which is not easy to use, the classes are through videos, which go fast, you don't have a break between exercising and exercising on the TV It is located at a bad height so it is not comfortable to watch the video, I am a person who has done Pilates all his life and I have knowledge of how to position the feet, the spine or the neck but when I attended the class I saw a lot of students do the exercises in incorrect positions, that in the long term can cause serious problems in your body, I feel that this system underestimates what it is to do real pilates.As for the place, I went to the Cottesloe branch and I didn't like that my bed was dirty before starting the exercise, there were food crumbs and hair, and I didn't like that while we were in class a student came in who forgot something and interrupted the class, then we were finishing the class and other students began to enter for the next class and the truth is that if you want to be stretching relaxed you can't.The exercises provided in the video are bad, as is the stretching, honestly the only star I give them is because the beds are in good condition, I know the price is tempting but I do not recommend doing Pilates at all through videos where nobody checks you the positions.

I have been going to Pronto Pilates for the past few weeks and I’m loving it more and more each time I go. Like everyone, ease around exercise is key, and I love that I can decide in a minutes notice because it’s just around the corner. Having the coordination skills of Bridget Jones, I was worried how I would go without an instructor present, but the visuals as well as comprehensive voice overs are so easy to follow. This fab new concept is backed up by incredible customer service, staff will reply to any questions immediately and they have the patience of saints. Let’s also not forget the added bonus and the real kicker, which is that classes cost practically nothing AND you can cancel within the hour. I’m hooked.

Challenging classes (you choose your own level of challenge), great location, nice equipment and super convenient with the huge range of class times! Highly recommended!
