Ample parking, can be crowded lunch hours. Chicken all tasted the same, only presentation is different. Ordered mild and adjust your own spiciness level with bottles of sauces available at the cutlery corner. I think the wraps tend to be too much carbs/wrap, abit messy when eating. Better to order that with the pita pocket. $14 lunch without drink is average. Nice kitchen decor.

Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed. Organised food for the boys at work. Spent over $200.Every chicken was over cooked and dry. Seems like it was cooked 2 times. The meat was dry and tough. Even the thigh piece, and that's saying something.I will never organise work dinner from there again which is something that I organise every 2 weeks.Some guys had never had Nando's before, and I praised it so much only to be very disappointed.I don't know if you have a QC system in place but you might wanna consider it.Or you could just leave it and hope no one leaves a bad review just like you did for us.Probably not a good idea to just wing it. Like a chicken wing.

rice good and yumprice is suitable for more than three people come and share dishthe hot spicy sauce is crazydon’t choose this if you don’t want to hurt your throatchoose the mild one and just dip the hot sauce that’s the right way

Just came here to order a takeaway. Was rudely and loudly told that we had to order via a qr scan. Unfortunately my qr scan didn't work. Asked if there was a hard copy of the menu. The chap said something incoherently and loudly. Then walked away. Needless to say we left and will not be returning at all. Pretty appalling service. If I could give Nandos Buranda no stars, I would!

No greeting when ordering, hospitality and customer service seriously lacking. Food was okay, chicken was thin in our pidas, half chicken was bland, burger bun was stale. Chips came out with the wrong orders. Took half an hour to get out food and when we got it, they couldn't be bothered to offer further customer service by fetching cutlery, even after offering to get more metal knives when being told there were none.Wouldn't come back here, definitely made us wish we'd gone somewhere else instead.

I would avoid this store. After waiting for over 40mins for our food we decided to cancel the order. Being that we ordered at the table was told that refund would be done online. We provided details on the receipt and went elsewhere. After waiting a number of days there was no refund.After slow replies with customer service they rejected the refund?? I am still in communication with customer service as this was over $40 purchase so not going to just give away money for goods not received. Once this is rectified I will adjust review accordingly but will still not go back to this store again.Extremely poor service from both store and Nandos customer service.

Nando's is always good food. However in the last few times I visited the customer service has been really bad. Staff is usually too busy with the delivery orders and the last two times I had to use a wooden fork to eat salad which is quite annoying. I could not ask for water after a staff member said they were too busy to get me a real fork. I understand most of the places are understaffed but if you can't give a good service you should pause the orders.

I am absolutely disgusted. The chicken I was given in my order today had larvae eggs in a pocket of the chicken wing which would have been easily missed but it’s definitely inside the flesh of the chicken not a herb or rice. (See image below) the service from your employees were great and they were very friendly in such a busy rush hour time but I’ll be in contact soon to get a full refund.

Well kept atmosphere! Some Nando's can be quite untidy but they made sure tables were clean and clear.Friendly staff as greeted us upon entry and exit!We did leave an order note to request half lemon herb and half mild but they missed it. Not a big deal though.
