Nice people but often hard to find the one u need to talk too

Sharon at elders recently took over the business and in my opinion is doing an amazing job! Surprisingly, I lived in a block of townhouses that she manages and when my neighbours moved out, Sharon was careful to replace the neighbour with someone who she knew would be mindful and respectful of everyone else in the block, particularly explaining to them that I had a newborn baby at the time. I’ve never had (or heard of) any property manager who actually cares this much! Any time I contacted Sharon, she either answered or called me back as soon as she could. Any repairs that needed to be done, she was on it pretty much immediately every time. Thankyou Sharon @ Elders Culburra

Do not waste your time or money with this agency.We rented a holiday home through these people, almost $4k for a week. The state of the property when we arrived at the Greenwell Point address was absolutely deplorable. I am still waiting on a response from the so called 'Principal' of the agency, Sharon Paterson who is yet to reply to my 17 February 2022 correspondence requesting a refund of the cleaning fee. Be very wary of this organisation, especially for holiday rentals. Photos and videos were taken of the property upon arrival.Update - Hi Sharon. What a shame you only choose to reply after I post a public review when I've been emailing you for two months.Your information is incorrect. My mother was told the cleaner had other properties to clean, I believe the exact words were 'three houses in three hours' so could not do anymore. We also contacted you when we were still in the property and a junior member of the team told us they had addressed our issues raised after we left. This was a concerning statement as we were quite literally sitting in the house. I have all of my emails to you Sharon, as well as your one initial response, which is extremely unprofessional and did not address any of my points and I think you know you were quite passive aggressive in your reply. I'm more than happy to have this discussion privately if you wish to protect your organisation's privacy. But once again Sharon, we simply request a refund of the cleaning fee since as I have told you, we spent many hours on arrival making the house liveable, and you have been informed exactly what that involved.

Business owned by overseas investors, took both mine and my mother's bond after she was killed in a car accident despite the houses being cleaned.Bad reputation around town have fired all their employees several times.Main property manager is unlicensed and inexperienced charges a large percentage commision.Avoid if possible and check zoning if U rent from them cause most of their houses in town itself are zoned as business.

Dealt with Sharon from Elders real estate in Culburra Beach, NSW 2540 and I cannot recommend her enough, she was absolutely fantastic to deal with.
