best gym I recommend going there give it a try you won’t regret it the people there are amazing it will push you to the next level mark is very observant and will help you to improve. He is always looking around for people that need it and wasting he’s voice so we could learn.

I've wanted to try boxing for years but never had the courage and then someone recommended k1ngdom and it has changed my life. Mark and Julie are very friendly and great instructors. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly for all levels. I now have the confidence to stand up to the bully at work (strictly self defence)
