Excellent sevice from well trained staff. Great selection of jewelry and gifts especially Pandora elements. Good selection of watches for both males and females. Reliable repair services for both watches and jewellery. Highly recommend recommend.

Rip off..They tried to charge me over 1000 dollars to get my ring fixed. I took it to the jewellery shop in Central and paid under 200 dollars. They said what where they going to do make a new ring.. beware of them

I worked with James to design a ring to be made, James listened to what I was trying to achieve and helped me realise my vision for my ring. Jane took the design and made my ring and provided and very high quality end product that looks amazing. James and Jane and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to deal with and can highly recommend

Years ago Minzenmay used to be the best on the Peninsula.Apart from staff April & Lori who are wonderful sales ladies of course.This business & their owners seem expensive @ present dated & average on their overall approach

Absolutely the worst 'service' I have ever experienced. I've left several watches with them previously. This time, they accepted my Omega watch without advising they no longer employ a watchmaker. They were unable to reset the watch after $38 replacement battery. Terrible attitude from them, particularly Bridie Minzenmay. For me, a trip to Omega in Melbourne to rectify the way in which the watch had been left. I will never return.

Beautiful jewelry and exceptional service, definitely not the cheapest around but the materials are very good quality and it's nice to know it's a family owned local business.

Delighted with the time spent with the most helpful staff. Quick eye for detail with what was needed to be done to older jewellery items. Was delighted with my rose gold braclet being repaired. It was beter than new. I love coming here. Relaxed store with wonderfully friendly staff. Will return!

Excellent service and fantastic professional approach from all staff.I’ve had one amazing ring made from 3 that I wanted incorporated and it is exactly as I imagined and the most brilliant quality. I would go back to Minzenmays everytime. Thank you to Michael and Kane in particular.

Such easy going and professional Staff. Macey was amazing to deal with, took her time to explain to me all the differences in diamonds and was extremely helpful in creating an engagement ring that was perfect. Will always go back for any jewellery!
