I highly recommend Billy and his team. We had a major subfloor issue which had caused a soil bank to collapse and damage our piers. From the very start Billy was prompt and turned up when he said he was going to. The team worked in cramped conditions and dug out the subfloor manually, installed a retaining wall and drainage, and replaced the piers. The work was completed to a very high standard and they left our place spotless when they finished. If you want a highly professional job and reliable builders then I'd definitely recommend Billcorp.

I had old problem steel and brick piers which needed to be replaced Bill firstly turned up unlike others and the whole process was extremely professional. Never did I feel insecure in the major works Bill performed. Everything was well executed and well explained. He was extremely reliable and turned up as promised. We had a major subfloor problem caused by uneven sinking of piers, due to water collection & clay soil. Billy & his team worked in cramped conditions, did concreting & installed several new piers. Later, made adjustments & levelled the floor throughout the house. Billy is punctual, very efficient & always willing to advise & help. His work is very professional & of a high standard. We are very satisfied with Billy's work & we highly recommend Billcorp.

My subfloor is sinking and some subfloor wall block the path to go under the subfloor. Bill helps me remove the wall and level up the floor. I am really happy about it . Bill is really honest and to help me save money. He is on time to start the job . Highly recommend
