Since November, 2022, I have been coming into the store and have received nothing but great service from Dan and the rest of the crew. They are happy to price match, order items in and anything else you want. Friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks for all your help

Great range but really hard to get someone to help you. They have more stock than other stores but if you have a question it’s very hard to find anyone let alone the right person.

I have purchased from this store a number of times without a problem, however recently I needed to return a pair of earbuds, 3-4 weeks after purchase, because they kept falling out of my ears. I was informed by the staff that they regarded this as a change of mind" and refused a refund. I informed them the earbuds were not fit for purpose but they again refused a refund. I have to say I wont ever purchase from JB Hi fi again

I’ve always found them good and honest but that goes for Kotara Westfield too. Unfortunately the negative at JB is something they cannot control, wear deodorant people! People shopping that stink oh and Glendale just have a unwise blend of ‘people’..I feel for the staff there having to deal with that bunch. Good job

The security guard was more helpful than the staff with the phones .. end up going to JB kotara getting my phone there cause of the lack of customer service at glendale

I paid $120 for a JB-Hifi-branded extended warranty on a $700 product (almost 20% of the product value). Took it back yesterday for a warranty claim and the store could do absolute NOTHING to help, they just palmed me off onto a third party warranty company. Called the third party company today and they are palming me off onto ANOTHER company who don't answer their phones. I'm stuck with a camera that doesn't work and nobody can tell me how I get this warrantied or how long it's going to take. JB store manager could only guess About four weeks" which is a joke of a wait after paying such a high fee for this warranty. Customer service is non existent."

Staff service gone downhill I always check to make sure in stock get there say they don’t have it and won’t help I went to buy ssd drive on there site said on special for $99 get there try to charge me full price $170 had to ague it was on sale maybe get training for staff on customer service been going to eb games more expensive but less hassle and time wasting
