Had my mobile battery replaced today. Everything they told me they completed. The price quoted was what I paid. Very timely repair and professional service that gives you confidence in their ability. Great business. Recommend highly.

Had a phone repaired today and genuinely one of the most horrid, low grade, low skill repairs, I've ever seen. The rear cover doesn't even sit flat in the frame and there's balls of old or new adhesive protruding round the edges. I would take it back but after reading some of the horror stories, I'll take it elsewhere for a proper repair.

Good Experience!After dropping my phone on a Friday night, a quick call on Saturday morning had me at Mobile Hub within the hour. They were friendly on the phone and even even friendlier in person. I could not be happier with the quality of repair.100% recommended.

DISAPPOINTED took my iPhone12 mini to shop to have back glass replaced .When picked up phone all looked fine paid $225 which included new glass cover .When got home my Face ID did not work with error true depth camera .When my wife returned phone same afternoon she was told was told it was working fine .The next morning i returned and showed that there was a error and was told it could be glass fragments in phone and they could take off front screen to fix but if I broke during that I would have to pay for new glass my risk.So agreed they had phone for half another half a day .Then I received call from shop that they could not repair Face ID but the phone works and Face ID is just a feature .They could send away to fix will take 2-3weeks and couldn't guarantee this repair and will cost another $230. Didn't go down this pathI would not recommend The Mobile Hub GladstoneHave taken photo of our other iPhone 12 mini front camera for comparison even I can see something isn't right .Wish I read a few reviews before taking phone to Gladstone shopseems like happens a lot .

My surface book 2 needed a battery replacement and they did an awesome job. They replaced the battery and double triple check that it's working properly before finalising the job. Very good customer service too.

Had to take my phone in after the screen stopped responding, they are always so good at what the do, always very communicative with what has to be done and any problems with the repair if any.On this repair they informed that the antenna clip had broken (this is the 3rd screen on this phone, so have to expect things to happen) they told me the course they took to fix the problem and if it stops working to return it and they will solder the wire, also the top speaker on the phone wasn't working after the repair, now cause they couldn't test the phone they couldn't conclusively say it was damaged in the repair or if beforehand and will happily repair the problem at half price. Over all very happy with THE MOBILE HUB and will always go back there for repairs.

The price was $10 more than Apple charge for the same job, a new battery. But they could replace mine at once, I was allowed to watch the work done and it took around half an hour. The results are good, the new battery holds the charge and there is a 90 day warranty.

One of the cheapest screen fixers. Easy $50-$150 cheaper than other quotes. They didn't have the screen in stock, but were able to source it within 5 working days over New Years! Other places couldn't order it in, or had wait times of a month or longer to get it in. Also a quick turn around time which was super crucial for me. Definitely recommend :)

The guy repaired my phone - gave me an honest explanation of what was going on and the whole process was transparent. S20 Ultra 5G. I think this was a great first experience fixing my phone. It's hard to keep a phone intact as a dancer. Hopefully I never have to come back. But if you must, know that you'll get good service here.

Fantastic! In every way. Easy booking online, not to mention prices are available to see on website no need for time consuming quotes, I had the option to use Afterpay to pay for repair to my device, also free courier service or mail in option which suited me, all with tracking which was very reassuring. Repair was done & sent back to me & device is as new.
