Kylie is by far the best trainer I have ever had. Her knowledge is second to none, she takes the time to explain each exercise clearly and ensure my form is correct every single time. She makes her sessions so enjoyable that I look forward to going back. She has every machine needed and the set up is very professional. If you are looking for the best in the west, KDPT is the one. I reached out to Kylie to help me to lose weight and signed up to her program on the 2 May 2022. Today not only have I lost almost 20kg but the gains in my strength and muscle in less than 5 months is incredible. Above all that the knowledge that I have gained around nutrition has been life changing, and I have still been able to enjoy the foods I eat and love through flexible dieting and in a healthy way. I followed the process and made the adjustments advised by Kylie and got the results. I have made goals along the way and Kylie has adjusted things with my training and macros to get me there. I feel amazing and this journey has exceeded my expectations. Im so excited for the phases I have ahead and the new goals that I will be working towards. My partner and I are training with Kylie and both enjoy it a lot. Kylie is very energising and supportive and keeps us motivated both in terms of exercising and sticking to healthy food habits. She gave us many healthy lifestyle tips on top of the fitness program. She is very professional and takes her clients' health seriously. My partner has an injury and although we are training together she adjusted the program for him so that he can achieve his goals without making his injury worse. I love our results and can highly recommend Kylie to everyone who wants to transform their body and live healthy.

I joined Kylie in July 2022 and the results I have had so far has been amazing . I couldn’t do this in last 5-6 years . Kylie is a wonderful PT , keeping myself motivated and making sure I stay accountable to achieve our goals . I highly recommend KDPT fitness place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Kylie is really awesome and helpful and she make you feel really comfortable. The workouts are always new and engaging and kylie care about not only getting you to sweat, but also making sure you are staying safe.
