Burton Snowboards Australia & New Zealand Headquarters

Had a great experience with Burton AU. I bought a new board but my older bindings didn’t match. AJ from the service dept helped me really well and sent me some parts. Within 2 days I was ready to go.

Had a snapped highback and the service from AJ was absolutely incredible. I cannot rate Burton highly enough for both their service and quality of product. Shall continue to use their products for years to come!

Needed spare part for binding and was able to get the part same day, great service.

I had a tiny chip in the edge of my Burton board and AJ gave me the best customer service I have had with any company with any product (snowboarding and non snowboarding) I have any had in my years of buying. Being in a customer focused industry myself I look for these things when returning to a shop or buying a product or brand. AJ is not the only person I have great customer service from with dealing with Burton around the world from it being emails about stock, questions or entering a shop around the world, I always felt welcomed and valued as a person, not a customer. Just here to join the AJ fan club :)In all seriousness, had an issue with a goggle strap, where the issue was more a design preference than a fault with the product per se. Made an enquiry, and in discussion, AJ made enquiries from the Burton product team, provided info, suggested a possible solution, and got the part out to me swiftly.Been a long time Burton customer due to decent product selection (but I didn’t have to demonstrate that to get the above treatment), but in a world where I don’t expect that much of big companies, and everything is down to low cost and low time, I have been very pleasantly surprised and you might even say, proud to be an ongoing customer.
