Went in for a ring clean. Gaylene and Ebony were lovely and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be going back for cleans regularly. Looks fantastic!

Wonderful service provided by Gaylene today! I had recently inherited a bracelet from my grandmother and the safety chain had broken/come loose. Another jeweller in the centre had told me that it couldn’t be fixed and I would have to send it away. Gaylene was able to fix and clean the bracelet and another ring I had on all before the end of the day (amazing considering it’s a week before Christmas!) She also provided wonderful advice for the ongoing care of the jewellery. Very thoughtful and caring, 10/10 would recommend seeing her if you need any jewellery maintenance or advice :)

A big thank you to Gaylene for her help to me today re repair of a blue brooch for my niece's wedding dress...something blue...as the tradition goes. It was my first visit ever to the store and I would have no hesitation in recommending their store to family and friends. It will be a go to" jeweller for sure in future."

I visited the store with my 92 year old dad (who was using a walker and gets easily confused) on 28/03/2023. The service we go from the staff there was just Fantastic, the lady at the repair counter especially. They made my dad feel comfortable and treated him with care and respect. Good old fashioned service like we used to expect a long time ago but rarely experience today. I will be sure to shop here again. Dave
