NSW Compensation Lawyers

My personal opinion about them is based on my personal experience. Many years ago, they handled my case, which most lawyers said was impossible. After that case, whenever I needed advice, they always returned my call and very helpfully explained my rights. Of course, I am aware, there are also bad experience from some people, but people often confuse wishes with real possibilities. They are very professional and honest, which sometimes people misinterpret.

We don't always understand how fragile we are, until something bad happens. Finding compensation from an accident in which I wasn't at fault wasn't just about the money to me. It meant someone out there would believed in me, at a time when my whole confidence was shattered in a matter of seconds.Yes lawyers helps you get money, but they do much more than that. They show you that they believe in you, they believe your pain and fears are real, and they try to make it right. They bring validation and justice into your life.I do not know how one person decides to be a lawyer in the first place, but I am sure of one thing : The only way to keep the passion alive is to never fail to appreciate the positive impact we can have into people's life.Through the years and experiences, Vic has not lost his passion for his work and never failed to show his desire to help, showing always a deep amount of understanding, professionalism and empathy ; and that makes him not only a good lawyer, but also a good person.I have met so many passionate and talented people through this process, and they all made my life a little better at a time.So thank you NSW Compensation Lawyers and other parties involved. PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE THIS LAW FIRM (this firm does not even deserve 1 star). Zac Gabriel is the most unprofessional rude individual that I have ever come across. This firm had my case for almost 2 years and did absolutely nothing with it besides make a mess, the solicitors I engaged after NSW CL were able to repair some of the damage that Stephen and Zac had done but it would have been a different settlement if I had avoided NSW Compensation Lawyers in the first place. Fadi Osman was the male who I originally met with he was like a salesman and completely inept. Stephen Morgan was my solicitor initially he was sub-standard but not as bad as Zac Gabriel, he left and I was never even advised until one day I called and asked why Stephen hadn't responded to something he was meant to I was told oh yeah Stephen left, then I was lumped with Zac Gabriel. Reception staff are rude, especially Dina Schipelliti. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS FIRM - YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I had a terrible motorcycle accident and surgery operation. My lawyer was Zac Gabriel. My lawyer was very unprofessional and made lots of mistakes in my case even though he seems an experienced lawyer. He does not deserve any star unfortunately. If I had not change my law firm , I would lose my compensation. Even though I insist on going an independent doctor , he attempted to send me DRS without any support. In addition, he did not attempt to arrange a barista. This could cause me to lose my compensation. Fortunately, I changed my law firm and they helped me get more support and with helping them I got compensation. If you have the same situation, please be careful with this firm and lawyer.

Thanks to Vic and his team I was awarded a fair and reasonable payout. The financial compensation was less important to me than getting justice of what happened...and in the end I got both. Their expertise, professionalism and support, from the start until the end, is something I'm forever grateful for. With their help I can finally rebuild my life and put the past behind me. Involved in accident in 2016. After Visited so many firms I decided to take my case to NSW Compensation Lawyers. Where I met Anthony Macri. Fees was low than other firms. Got positive results now in 2018. My body can’t be same after accident but some finicial help makes the difference. Contacted NSW Compensation Lawyers because of a motorbike accident I was involved in 2017. Senior Solicitor who took my case was Zac Gabriel. He was very consistent during these 2.5 years, replied to my concerns via emails and encouraged not to give up. In the end, it was a great outcome and I really appreciate that. Would highly recommend NSW Compensation Lawyers and Senior Solicitor Zac to anyone.

I read the previous reviews and they were mostly from three to four years ago. Maybe so many years ago someone was satisfied with that company, but today I would definitely not recommend them. I had a traffic accident in 2017, it took them almost 5 years to finish my case. During that time, I changed 3 lawyers, including Vik Petrovic and Anthony Merci. In short, they don't care about the client, they only care about their own interests. very sad for me, it seems that something is wrong with their price list, I have no other explanation
