Harvey Norman Port Pirie

I bought an lg cordless vacuum about 3 months ago . The motor stopped working correctly. We took it back 5 weeks ago forHarvey Norman to get it sorted with LG . We are still waiting and I have to continually ring for updates on what's happening . Harvey Norman eventually did a great job ,got vacuum cleaner replaced. And even gave us a gift voucher for the inconvenience

Being a new store and a small store at that they don't have a lot of the items which are online. Some items can be a challenge to get ordered in but overall not too bad. The stores kept clean and the staff have been very helpful with all my previous dealings. Definitely not the cheapest store around but it's convenient. Would like to see more of the smaller accessories for games and computers at this store.

Been dealing with Jordan for a few items over the Xmas period. Was given the wrong paper work to pick up in ADL, was incorrect so couldn't pick up. After travelling over 500kms. Worst service I've had dealing with HN for years. Port Pirie, never again.

Absolutely amazing staff, Phoned store to see if they had stock on a particular washing machine, spoke with Josh, no stock but advised us of an upgrade same size but slightly bigger in kgs with a discount. Drove down and spoke with Maddie. Great customer service, polite and friendly. 10 out 10 for us. Would recommend give them a call or pop in the store they are only too happy to help. Thanks guys, made my day!

We had been looking around for a fridge for quite a long time, Harvey Norman not only had the fridge that I fell in love with but installed my fridge with many obstacles in their way. From the very beginning the customer service from Nikki was amazing and making sure everything was in place. My fridge was way too large for all entry points on my house but this was not too bigger a job for the delivery guys who happily took out my doors and reinstalled them to ensure I got my fridge that day! No job too big or small for these guys. My fridge has a built in IPad and they helped me with the total set up of this also going above and beyond what their job description really was which was to just deliver and set up my fridge. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer lot of delivery guys.

The team at Harvey Norman were exceptional! From in-store to the delivery they were fantastic every step of the way. Our fridge was dented when delivered (no fault of theirs) and they instantly removed it and replaced it for us. Far better customer service than any other electrical wholesaler in Pirie. Highly recommended them for all your appliances. Thanks again.

I taken my playstation 5 back forgot the power cord they guy who I spoken too was rude how hard too find a plug for a power plug for the playstation 5 when I get my playstation 5 it be the last place I ever go again.

Jordan has helped me with mop and microwave in a really professional and friendly manner in several occasions. He even gave me competitive price without me asking! Thank you very much !
