Be very careful when dealing with SFA. I purchased a trial flight voucher as a gift but due to a loophole (a discounted offer which is promoted by SFA all year & is therefore not a bona fide discount) they actively hide behind their 'voucher' which is valid for 6 months not the legally mandated 3 years which is the life for 99% of gift vouchers. As a company SFA is unaccomodating and do not practice good consumer relations. Effectively I made a $199 cash gift to SFA. I will NEVER deal with them again and encourage others to go elsewhere.

Booked a 60 min trial flight and I was highly impressed by the crew. I believe that one can learn so much just by flying once. It’s amazing to see such motivating people around. Kudos to all the crew. My experience has been amazing.

I had my 60 Minute Sydney Harbour Training Flight with Keanu from Sydney Flying Academy last week and it was awesome!The weather was good and we were able to enjoy the stunning Sydney Harbour view from the top!Keanu is a polite & experienced instructor, he clearly explained how the Sling2 works and gave me tips about how to fly an aircraft.Overall, it’s an unforgettable experience. Really recommended!

Booked a 45min introductory flight experience and I had Gulled Ibrahim as my instructor. The experience was really great! He was very patient with my numerous questions and offered to take photos and videos for me. Had a very fun experience and hope to go back SFA for another round! They were so very accommodating as I had to change the timing of the flight just a few days before the flight

Terrible customer service. Bought a voucher (as it their process), to get an intro flying lesson. First flight booked was cancelled due to weather (totally cool), Second was cancelled due to weather (totally cool, but they dont let you know, you have to chase them). When trying to book the next time they don't answer the phone, you can leave a message with an answering service, but they don’t call you back. You can email them, but they don’t reply to your emails.When i finally got a reply, about 6 phone calls and 3 emails. They said my voucher is now expired. the year 2022 was full of severe weather conditions, which is totally understandable to not be able to fly. But then not being able to book in to use a voucher due to them not returning calls or emails just sounds like a total scam. Choose another place to learn to fly.An absolute woeful customer experience that cost me $300 to chase a company to get nothing in return but my time wasted.

I had my trial flight over here and absolutely loving the experience. The experience is relatively affordable. The trainer are nice and professional. I will recommend my friend whoever visit Sydney to have a trial here.

I just finished a trial flight, it was awesome. The flight instructor was excellent and was very helpful in answering my questions about flying.I did the 60mins trial flight and I would highly recommend it, as it will give you plenty of time to learn the fundamentals plus you get to see some amazing places from the air.

5 star flight school. I'm working on my RPL. Instructors are top notch. Special thanks to Keanu Reed. He's a total legend.

booked in for a 60 min trial flight.. SFA is struggling with scheduling and communicating the change in schedule of sessions.. other than that it's a great place to experience and start your first time flying experience.. friendly staff and well maintained flights for safe flying..

I had a fantastic time at the Sydney Flying Academy. Despite being a larger individual, the team was incredibly accommodating and made sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I was blown away by the thrill of flying and can't wait to return for another unforgettable adventure.
