Just moved in down the road and thought we would try this restaurant, so glad we did! the staff were great and the chef prepared some really nice meals for us as well as a beautiful homemade dessert. We will definitely be back but next time with friends.

I ordered this on Doordash because I can't go out very often. Got the margherita/pepperoni half and half. It was one of the best pizzas that I've ever had delivered to me in Australia. Base is nice and thin; like an American style pizza, with a fantastic tasting sauce and cheese on top. Makes me wish I could go to the restaurant itself. You guys are amazing, keep it up.

Extremely STINGY. I ordered some lasagna and two pizzas.There were probably about 5 olives on the whole pizza, very little mushroom and ham. I have never seen any restaurant with such small regard for their customers. Our lasagna ($20+) filled around a quarter of a rectangle container at best. We were so surprised and had to take a picture of how ridiculous it was. For the price, it was frankly insulting as a customer especially during these difficult times where every dollar counts. It feels like a scam. You can get more for the same price at Mancini which we will order from next time.

Castello is our go-to local pizza place. Always great food, affordable for the family and great service. We have had large and small gatherings here and highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Best restaurant in Australia, no question about it. Food is a 10/10 everytime you go, service is outstanding, prices are amazing, and the Chef is very innovative and unbeatable in terms of ability. Gordon Ramsey would approve.

This is 100% the absolute best Italian restaurant in the St George area, if not in Sydney. Everything that we have tried has been fantastic. The capricosa pizza is a cracker and all of the pasta dishes are the best. This is my new favourite restaurant!

DELICIOUS! Definitely the best Italian in area, if not some of the best pizza I’ve had. Authentic style pizza and i particularly like the tomato sauce base, very tasty and obvious that it’s home made and fresh. Also tried the tortellini and prawn penne for the first time and they were really delicious too. Quick delivery and the food was still nice and hot when it arrived. Thanks Castello, will definitely be ordering again.
