Nice little cafe located on the second floor, opposite to Myers.There is a seating area both at the front and back of the cafe.They specialise in freshly made cookies. There are heaps of different cookies to choose from.These cookies are made in store.Their coffee cup size is bigger than the usual ones. But they serve only in a takeaway cup. A small cookie is served with every coffee.Staff is nice but the owner is too busy to say hello!I asked one the girls to make extra extra hot coffee and she made it exactly what I wanted.

Ordered a ice latte with oat and it was disgusting. Not a nice ratio. I ordered a bacon and egg cheese toastie WITHOUT CHEESE because I am lactose intolerant hence why I can only have oat milk. My toastie had cheese in it and so I took it back and the guy was very rude he said he put half cheese in When I said no cheese and said I ordered wrong. I then asked him to make my coffee again and he tipped half of it out and was going to put full cream milk in !!!My boyfriend asked for a refund and he was so rude he said that we have a problem and he isn’t in the wrong. He only gave us a refund if we admitted we are wrong … disgusting behaviour.

Asked for 3 cookies of each flavour which means you're supposed to get a bonus one for free. I paid $15, got home, I only got 3 of one flavour and 2 of the other. So I'm missing 3 and got over charged to the max. Cookies are fresh and tasty but the staff were pushy and clearly can't count!! I feel ripped off
