I highly recommend My Pool Shop to look after your pool. Their knowledge is second to none & their communication is outstnding.A big shout out to Brooke for looking after us.

After going through severe illness over the last few months, I have a valid medical exemption for masks and im fully vaccinated. Usually if someone is uncomfortable with me not wearing a mask I will either show or share my medical status and this usually solves the issue.. 99% of shops are totally understanding and fantastic, most shops and staff understand that not all members of our community can wear them and are very understanding. Unfortunately not this shop.What happened today was nothing short of discrimination, a disgusting attitude and contempt by staff against people who are different from them.. Being treated differently from other customers due to illness and not being able wearing a mask was totally uncalled for I was humiliated and embarrassed in front of other customers, I was made to stand outside and not enter the store and would be served outside (i wouldn't have had a problem with this if I wasn't treated so badly and in front of other people). The way that I was told to wait outside was just terrible.If you have a disability DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. like I said I offered to show my exemption but staff were not interested at all, he then proceeded to say he is click and collect but was allowing other people in the store, when you treat one person differently from others especially in front of others only fosters segregation. I get that certain people go around not wearing masks just because they don't like them, well I'm not one of them, I would be much easier for me if I could..This could of been handled in a manner that was respectful and still maintained covid safe plans, there was just no need for it.. We are all supposed to be in this together and assisting each other to get through this pandemic.. Not this shop and not by its staff. A little more empathy and understanding for others unique situations would go a long way. If driving customers away was your aim then you succeeded driving this customer away.. I will respect your stores policy of no service inside with no exceptions no matter and individuals status maybe..Fortunately I found a wonderful pool shop just up the road at one stop pool shop located in scoresby (just a 5 min drive from this shop) its in the shops on the corner of stud and FTG Rd behind our local MP office. They were fantastic, they could see that I was shaken by the whole order and happily served me with understanding and compassion..

I purchased a brand new pump from them. Pump has a tiny amount of power despite being a larger one than previous, that was only purchased and installed by them less than 12 months prior. They claim they can’t find any record of the transaction. Charged for 45 minutes, at least 15 minutes was used waiting for the manager to ring back with what they could check. They couldn’t find how to fix the issue but still charged me knowing there is a problem. Waste of $185.00. Now to find a spa repair company that can do repairs

First I got to the shop said hello, nobody answer, then i asked I want 1 pat chemical liquid then he said $10 then i said ok i want to 2 pat then he said $44 , then i said i want to take 1 empty pat and 1 full pat , I said way $10 for 1 but for 2 is $44 , but he didn't understand what i am saying then he is getting anger and rudeTerrible customer service. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

So, I was road raged at random this morning by an elderly man driving a heavily branded MY POOL SHOP ute. He pointed at me, shook his fist, all the while shouting abuse at me in Polish, I think – I couldn’t understand a single word he said. After he finished, I watched him in traffic and he could barely keep the car in one lane, speeding, then dangerously slow and weaving all around. Given his poor judgement screaming at people from a company branded vehicle, he’s either mentally unwell, has the beginnings of dementia or is a day drinker. Or maybe a combination of all three.Either way, I’d suggest that management should be having a good look at who gets to drive the company ute and how it represents the business.

Booked a very green pool to be cleaned. A young lady Bec and her in training seeing eye dog came. Bec is a lovely person and offers advice and just gets the job done. Could not recommend her or My Pool shop in FTG high enough.Thanks Mike

Brooke did a magical job transforming the verdant green duck pond that had developed over winter, back into our beautiful blue pool almost overnight. She provided great a service, excellent advice and was a pleasure to deal with. Bring on summer!

This us a great centre there are some strange reviews by bitter people I have a new pool and it has all your gear there free water tests and report tells you what your pool needs has been spot on

Have been to My Pool Shop on multiple occasions and have even had them come out and help with getting my head around my pool. Ian and his team are great to deal with and always satisfied with their service.

Had someone come and clean my pool in Rowville, think his name was Ian. When they left pool was still very dirty, Ian was arrogant and very rude especially to me, I'm 71. I asked if that's all he is doing and he laughed and said if its still dirty, you do the rest.and left. Won't call them again
