Jannali Newsagency

Just been there to pick up a parcel dropped there by a courier 7 days ago. Couldn’t contact the news agency first to see if the parcel was still as they HAVE NO CONTACT NUMBER there so i had to train and walk there with a mending broken leg from a recent accident. When I mentioned they had no contact number(landline obviously) the person said they’ve not had one since October and to blame Telstra, not him. What kind of businessperson has no number for 9 months and doesn’t think to get a mobile phone or the like and update his/her website so customers can contact them?…just blame Telstra eh?….what an idiot.

Not open during the hours they specify. Very frustrating if you have travelled here to pick up a parcel from Amazon and they don’t open per the advertised hours.

Saw a post about a parcel pickup from Jannali Newsagency. I have numerous parcels delivered here for me to pick up and I have never experienced any issues. They are polite and helpful all the time. People should understand the newsagents are not employed by parcel companies. Parcels are left in stores when people are not home (then a card is usually left in a letter box by the driver) or if directed to be delivered direct to a local depot ((usually a newsagency or small convenience store because they have 7 day opening hours).I have always been asked for ID and never an issue. I am sure the staff at Jannali have VERY GOOD reading and writing and spelling skills. Ask for Garry if you have any problems.

Great service, NOT. They can't read or spell.....Their parcel connect couriers dropped off the pickup slip in the wrong letter box and Jannali Newsagency gave me the someone someone else's parcel after they looked at my ID???Lucky I ended up delivering it myself to the correct person.
