O'Brien® AutoGlass Osborne Park

Requested a quote for a replacement window after a break in. I was initially quoted $780, after stating that I was going to ring a few others, it was then dropped to $520.The second place I called quoted me $230 for it to be installed at my house, on the same day. They also advised that they receive their glass from the same manufacturer as O’Brien?I called a few, the next most expensive was $400, including tinting - was also a very well known company.I am wanting to know where the justification for an initial 70.5% mark up is, or after the revised price decrease to a 50.7% mark up?

Got my windscreen replaced through RAC. They only replace with cheap XYG or Fuyao glass. First one (XYG) they installed got heavy distortion at the driver position, after complaining to O'brien via phone, the glazier came to replace it and claimed the windscreen was good. However after replacing with Fuyao glass there is still big bad distortion looking the left side of windscreen. It can even be seen from outside the car. The glazier claimed it was a good job. O'brien then closed the claim, and I have to lodge a complaint via RAC with some photo and video taken.There is no equipment or tools they use to gauge the distortion, all are just based on their opinions. Driving with heavy distorted windscreens actually hazardous and RAC plainly accepting O'brien telling them the windscreen passed Australian Standard and they cannot tell what standard and how it is measured. The case is still not resolved.People really need to check the windscreen installed by them. It is not acceptable and dangerous to drive with distorted windscreen.

Had my M3 in at O'Brien's for a windscreen replacement.The process wasn't made easy due to a fault with the product supplied having to return 3 times for successful result. This however was no reflection of the service supplied by the friendly and professional team at the Osborne Park service centre. Windscreen fixed and problem solved..thanks O'Brien's team : )

Dreadful experienceI had my car broken into when I was away at work in mining, I had it booked and paid for a week earlier. Friday came around and I had to wait between 10 & 2PM. They called me after 1:00PM telling me that they would not be able to make it. I had to go to the store, I rushed to my work to catch up, I was 30 minutes late when I got to O’Brien In Osborne park. They said that I was too late, you were 2 hours late.now I have to go back and get my money back. Dreadful service.

Ruby at the Osborne Park location was able to fit me in earlier than booked because of a cancellation. Communication was excellent and got my relacement window fitted without fuss.

No hassle replacement of windscreen on my RAM 1500. Technician who did the job was friendly and came out with me on pick-up to answer any questions.
