After a claim for a failed diaphram on our Baracuda B3 pool cleaner I was contacted by April the very next day with a query, which was then followed up with a replacement the day after; brilliant service! I wasn't sure what to expect, but what I got was first class attention, so thank you, April :)

My experience to date has been very helpful with your Customer Support Team. I reported a problem with my Zodiac LM3-40 Salt Water Chlorinator that is still under warranty on 25 May 2023. I received an email from April in your Customer Support Team on 31 May 2023 requesting further information that I replied to on 1 June 2023. April has since responded advising she has passed my request to your Service Team to make an appointment to call to my home to check the problem. Service all good to date.

A three week old pump has been sitting in the workshop for a week now due to parts shortage. It's expected to be out of service for at least another week. I would have expected better customer support on a product that failed pretty much right out of the box.

Recently I had need to contact Zodiac for replacement parts for one of their pool products, and found that they are now Fluidra Australia, part of a large international group. So it was with great hesitation that I finally contacted them by email to discuss my issue, actually not really expecting a response.To my amazement, I was promptly contacted with a very detailed email from a very helpful customer support person, Nedinne Ratucoka, relating to the issue, and in very clear terms explained how to register my device, and formally enter the claim. So with nothing to lose, I followed the instructions.The company quickly assessed the issue, and immediately replaced the faulty part, including freight at no cost to me which arrived a few days later.This level of response and support has been the best I have experienced from companies large and small over many years.There were no hassles, no disputes and no drama.A second issue arose, but the item was out of warranty, and while this was explained to me the company decided to stand by their product, and further replaced this part at no cost.They have me now as a loyal customer, and where there is a requirement to again buy their products, I will not hesitate.While the company name is not necessarily well known in Australia, I recommend all parties requiring their extensive range of swimming pool and other products, get on their website, and be pleasantly surprised.Ted.

Mary and Curtis at Fluidra were extremely helpful when my pool cleaner stopped working. They were fast, efficient and courteous and got my issue solved immediately. I would definately recommend them to anyone.

April was amazing at helping me work out what the issue with my pump was and then she knew what to try to fix it. Thank goodness as 2 days before Christmas we needed the pool! What an awesome service to have!

Just want to say a big thank you to April, I have been waiting a few months for my zodiac vx45 to get a replacement part.Unfortunately this was going to take too long for the part to come. I received a call from April and she let me know that she would be replacing the whole pool cleaner with a new one.Thank you for your amazing customer service. I really appreciate it.
