ANA Demolitions were paid to demolish our house. They left asbestos and debris from the house on site. We had to pay a second demolition company a further $2,000 to remove the asbestos. It was a mistake to use their services, and I would not advise anyone else to do so.

Aris, Lloyd and Mark are a very friendly, honest and professional team. Great service, fair price and great communication. Highly recommend. It was a very pleasant and easy experience.

I was very nervous about doing a knockdown and rebuild as i have never done one before but after contacting ANA demolitions and being guided step by step its never been an easier process.The owner and the boys from ANA have done a superb job for me at my knockdown and rebuild in Liverpool. I cant thank them enough for the swift and easy job they have done for me.They might have cost a slightly more than the competitors but rest assured it was worth every dollar as their expertise and experience was priceless. I can tell you after hearing about so many horror stories having a great company doing the work for you is a blessing and makes the end result so much more worth while.I cant recommend these guys enough. I will be using them again for any projects i have in the future.

We engaged ANA Demolitions to demolish our house and highly recommend their services. They looked after everything from CDC approvals to Clearance Certificate on completion of work. They communicated well, were very efficient and left our land ready for the builder to commence construction. Thank you very much for making it as stress free as possible.

Lloyd helps me to get a Complying Development Certificate quickly so I can get new building plans in time. He also arranged earlier on site time which reduced my waiting cost. On site team removed all plants as agreed and the site is tidy for the next stage. Excellent work!
