The woman who seemed to be the supervisor was extremely rude, I don’t know what her problem was but she felt she could take it out on her clients. When I first arrived I tried to ask if the appointment I booked online had worked as I had no reply and she wouldn’t even let me finish my question, she just snapped at me to sit and wait stating that the had only just got there (15mins after they opened). The only reason I gave them two stars is is because the woman who actually served me was polite and professional.

Absolutely lovely ladies, very friendly and professional. Have been going to them for the past 4 years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend them.

Mary was quite assuming and stuffed up my tax return through ignorance. Wouldn’t put in my details as they are based on her assumptions and wouldn’t change it when I told her she was wrong. Know it all, but has no clue. Spent an hour on the phone to taxation office putting in a formal complaint. Now I have to go back to her office and get her to amend it. A waste of my time. Don’t even want to deal with her again. She should have listened in the first place and not assumed. Very angry and very dissatisfied. Will not be going back there, it is a shame because the other ladies have always been good. Takes one to spoil the whole reputation though. Total dissatisfied.

Have always had great service with Di Anne, so much so that since finding her I have never been elsewhere. Wonderful service from an office of lovely people who care about their clients. Recommend to anyone looking for the best service!

I have been going to ITP in the mall for many years. EOFY is the busiest time of the year. These ladies are run off their feet. I have been told that quite often they do not take a break, this is because they do not like to let their clients down. They are to be commended for their level of commitment to the job. I would highly recommend ITP to anyone wanting to do their tax return. I have referred many of my work colleagues and friends to them. No complaints from me. Great service, friendly and affordable.
