Katoomba told me I would need to pay $200 for an urgent delivery which I declined. We have another property 8 minutes away where Blacktown depot had no problem with delivery the next day. with no urgent delivery fee. I mentioned this to katoomba and they said they would call me back to see if they could do something. No call. Blacktown delivered gas bottles to both properties and I was still charged $200 for Katoomba's delivery. Go figure!

I have had no gas for over a month because they came and told us the gas bottles were full even though they were empty then they said they couldn’t change them over then they cancelled our account and then we’ve called up rebooked for our tanks to be replaced but it’s been a week and we haven’t heard from them. No heating and no oven for over a month. Absolutely ridiculous.

Woman on front counter was 30mins late and was actually really unpleasant ~ I definitely won't be going back there again. Rude and unhelpful ~ She's lucky to have a job.

I was going to be a new customer. I rang a couple of weeks ago when I moved into my new place to get new bottles and gas. I told them I didn’t know how much exactly I had left but I knew it wasn’t a full bottle. They said it would be about a month. I then rang them a couple of days ago stating that I didn’t have and gas left and was wondering if they could get some one to come out. The response I got back was fair. Saying that they would give me a call to figure out when they could come. And then no call. It’s winter.... so I went with someone else and the very next day I got it all sorted.
