Were absolutely ecstatic with the result in the current pandemic environment. Were unsure if it was the right time to sell but Peter assured us that with low stock levels in the market that it was a good time to sell. We are very happy with the result we achieved in the very short amount of time. We have used Peter for multiple sales in the past and have never regretted using his exceptional sales skills.

Above and Beyond. Peter made every possible effort to ensure our house was at the forefront of marketing. He is always personable, proficient and impeccably professional. The state of the market was very tough but Peter stuck with it through a difficult period and then negotiated hard with the buyers to deliver a pleasing result. We would have no hesitation in recommending Peter for any sale.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Peter and his “team of professionals” pretend to bend over backwards to accomodate your requests to gain your business, however, are VERY lacklustre with their effort and laughable “boutique management” they promise.After choosing Peter Gray Realty to manage my rental property, no condition report was completed at any stage during the one year tenancy. Peter and his team would often take days to respond to emails despite being of high importance.Towards the end of the tenancy, I decided to sell the property and enlist Peter Grey Realty to do this. Peter talks the talk, however I have found out from the current tenant that no inspections were had and were also NOT advised that the property was even for sale, despite Peter telling me that this was the case. Peter had also told me that walk throughs were had for prospective buyers, which again, was a lie.After no results were had during the 3 months Peter had “Authority of Sale”, Peter’s tone via email became aggressive when I questioned and chose not to renew this. He tried to assert his “authority” saying that I had signed this contract and that I “needed” to send through payment and a signed contract, however the 3 month period had already expired. He then tried to guilt trip myself by saying he had a walk through that weekend and if I chose to cancel the contract, then this is on me.Upon enlisting a new real estate company and after requesting a condition report from Peter Gray Realty, this appears to be bluffed and sent through as a document drawn by a child. Peter was VERY slow to respond and act upon doing a hand over of the property to the new real estate company.I would very much would recommend you look elsewhere and avoid Peter Gray realty.
