Jack frost did three tattoos for me what a professional a fantastic artist. His work space is neat tidy and set out well. His art work is impeccable. Thank you so much Jacki you a fantastic tattoo artist & I will be back for more tattoos soon. great establishment and great artists. 100%

I go to Jack for most my work as I find him such a helpful friendly artist,all the work he has done on me has been his ideas and they’ve just always worked and I’ve always loved it! He takes such pride and joy in his work and is just full of creative ideas !Definitely recommend going into Jack and letting him work his magic !

Absolutely love these guys! I keep coming back for new tattoos. Carla did this gorgeous phoenix and it's absolutely amazing. Cris is also amazing he did my half sleeve and i love that one too! This place is my go to when i want a new tattoo. Highly recommend!

i got my thigh tattooed from a new apprentice there named ‘tcharna’ on instagram. even after 5 days, the tattoo was so painful and i couldnt even walk properly and half of the tattoo was red ( its not my first tat so i know what the AFTERCARE is lmao). so i contacted the tattoo page and they said it might be a reaction to red ink (ive haf red ink done before) so i called them, the manager or whoever took my call was very rude and when i was explaining to her about the tattoo she kept talking her own stuff. then she asked for my email to send me the waiver copy i signed, but never ended up sending it. i waited 15-20 mins and gave them a call back. but no one was answering my phone call. i had to call atleast 6 times and still no answer. i ended up calling from my friends phone, the girl answered and as soon as she heard my voice she hung up. so i had to drive 30 mins all the way to the shop just to talk to them. everyone there were so rude , the receptionist was telling me that the manager told her not to answer my phone calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. they couldve just told me everything on the phone that the manager will contact me when she can. now i have to get antibiotics ffs. will never recommend this place to anyone! i cant go to work for a cpl days cs of them !forgot to mention, they told me the whole tat would take upto 2 hrs but i ended up leaving after 3.5 hrs ! the ladies there should really get a life and take the business seriously and talk nicely. i dont knkw if they were racist towards me or theyre always like this!

I went to invictus empire today for my first tattoo since moving from nsw. I was nervous since i had never been there before but omg they were so amazing! Patch's work is so beautiful and they made me feel more comfortable than anywhere else I've ever been to. I could tell they put immense care into their work and I just couldn't be happier. Thank you so much, Patch!

Tcharna is only an apprentice, but their work is phenomenal. Super clean lines and and great shading. They are very personable, fast and booking was also super easy. I’m over the moon at my 3 new tattoos I got today! Highly recommend.

Got my tattoo done with Jess at Emerald Ink, and it was everything I hoped it would be. Really great quality work, really nice personal experience too, 10/10 would recommend

I was in the studio on Tuesday the same day that a girl came in. She was standing at the front with her dad, abusing staff and blaming the studio for her lack of aftercare. Her behaviour impacted the store and the vibe. Aside from this, I had an amazing experience with my tattooist. The professionalism and quality that I received was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!!

Tcharna did a matching piece for me and my friend and the line work is so neat, great job, didn’t even realise she was an apprentice. Ofcourse tattoos are going to have a bit of pain but I found Tcharna very gentle both in work and nature, definitely recommend.
