I wish I could rate half a star, GIO is a complete waste of your money, a tree fell on my house in December, what’s been done for the past 8 months? Some tarp has been put on my roof and just today the ceiling got multiple leaks, useless complete and utterly useless you should be ashamed of yourselves.

still waiting for their client to take their car for assessment. 10 weeks and counting. GIO will not chase their customer and will not provide my insurance company with the cost of repairs.

I've got no problem with G.I.O but the office at narrellan never got back to me when I left a message on there answering machine pretty poor service from that branch

I must say I have had the best customer service from a young lady named Abbie, she goes above and beyond to help you out with any questions and makes sure every caller is a satisfied client before ending the call! I highly recommend GIO great customer service and always happy to help.

Want to suffer in agony and get no claim because of one of there customers literally hits you with a truck and GIO customer service refuses to give you a claim?? THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU! You will get to know how much of a consistent bunch of liars they are to get out of any claim!! YAY! Each customer service representative will make out that you have to claim it through your own insurance, then oh no we will give you the form whats your email address?" then not receiving one

Dear GIO I have never ever dreamt my claim to be handled so quick as Today. I am speechless! Very professional and helpful from GIO Staff member. The young lady I spoke today was extremely polite had answered all my questions and fixed all my claim problems with ease lifting the worries left behind the accident. A truck ran into my car. Lucky I was alone and no one got hurt. Anyway Thank you again GIO. I am happy that I am with GIO insurance. Very good insurance and the best in price too!
