10 out of 10. I had a problem with my Chassis/Suspension over the Christmas period. These guys sorted the problem out no worries at all. They have an awesome product and Customer Service is Excellent. Cannot recommend enough. I have had about 6 Caravans and will definitely look at the Chassis supplier on my next Van, with ARV and ALPHA suspensions at the top of the list. Keep up the great work guys!

Rear axle snapped on a 10 month old iDEAL RV caravan lucky we weren’t going too fast. Ended up being a recall on the u-bolts which we were never advised of. Zero help from Ian at ARV literally said ‘what do you want me to do about it’ ! Long process ended up getting a refund on our van. Terrible experience - also lost our private number plate - unsure how you do that but that’s the type of maturity that we have had to deal with.

Good service and quality. I was after a caravan chassis for my caravan.then I came to know about ARV chassis I spoken to them they provided me good information about chassis and there way of manufacturing chassis. I really get impressed from there knowledge, skill and quality they producing. No one can beat them in term of quality,service and professionalism. If I or any of my friends need chassis for their caravan I really recommend them.

We needed a trailer for a tiny house made PRONTO after another local chassis manufacturer (who shall remain nameless) let us down. Narinda and his team pulled it off for us without much notice. They seem to be a very professional and honest family run business. If I need another one I'm coming straight back here!
