We had a challenging project with a sloping building envelope for which we had designed a 3 level single storey home.We had spoken with Multiple builders and had gotten to various stages before either being told they cant do it or it was just too expensive. 2 years wasted.We were about to give up when in a last ditch effort of quizzing mainstream builders we were given Craig's details.Well that recommendation changed everything. Craig was awesome he looked at our design, ask us our expectations and came up with some great suggestions to enhance our own ideas.2 weeks later Dean and he had come up with a winner.The design studio was fantastic and soon afterwards our package was put together and on budget.Seven months from cut to finished, the process was seamless and the communication from the team was excellent. Trinity and the boys were fantastic.We have and will continue to recommend Semore homes to anyone looking for a quality build at a realistic price.We consistently have people comment on our home, thanks to team Semore for making our vision a reality.

We are undertaking a full custom renovation which effectively is a full NEW custom build. The design took into account the footprint of our exisitng house and has embraced the old and showcases the new!! The whole house will look like it was done at the same time. Craig, Dean & Tanny are absolutely talented at design and make the design and permit process seemless. Pierre, Simon & Rebecca are always there too help and Trinity and the boys running the building process is smooth, quick and truly amazing quality. They worked to our budget and were absolutely honest if they couldnt deliver our vision with the allocated $$$ which saved time and muck around which so often happens with the big volume guys!! I have just recently completed our home through Semore Homes. It's hard to put into words how easy this process was. The patience that Craig and Dean had with us during the design process was second to none. They were direct and guided us to design something that would work for our family and our budget. When it came to the building side of things that went extremely smooth. You hear of nightmares during a build , however our build was just as easy as the design phase. We are honestly just stoked with our home. The finishes ,the amazing features and creative ideas has just made our journey with Semore Homes even better. Every single person that has seen out home is just blown away with the quality of finish and the design . Highly recommend that if anyone is looking to build their dream home , look no further.

This was my second time building a house, but first with Semore Homes. After struggling with the sales and tendering process with some volume builders, I took the punt and went with a smaller custom builder. The process was seamless from design to completion with Semore Homes. The team were very attentive during the design phase to ensure the house suited our block and included all the items on our wish-list. The building process was easy with regular updates from the builder, who was always available when I had questions and always addressed any concerns I may have had. We ended up with a custom split level home with some unique features that we love. Everyone that visits loves the design and quality inclusions that came with the home. I can't speak highly enough of the entire group; they are hands-on and genuine in their approach.

Our knock down rebuild in the city of Monash was challenging from the start; irregular block, slope and building envelope restrictions as property backs on to council park land. We spent over 18 months discussing options with volume builders, architects and a number of custom builders, most were not interested in the challenge or couldn’t build within our budget. We were lucky to get referred to Semore Homes; from the start it was clear to us Craig and the team had a different approach to others in industry. They took the time to have a good look at the property and was upfront on possible challenges and how they would approach the build. Their standard designs didn’t fit our block, but Dean came up with an amazing layout and design concept that delivered everything we wanted and more. The process to final contract, fixtures, electrical, colours, etc.. was enjoyable. Every step of the way the team was open and up front, listened to our thoughts and came up with suggestions and options from their years of experience in the industry. As we knew nothing of building process we hired an independent inspector who consistently told us the build quality and attention to detail from Trinity and the build team was second to none. We’ve been living in our beautiful Semore Home for three months now and absolutely love it! People constantly slow down to have a good look at our amazing build and we love telling anyone who asks how amazing Semore Homes are. Superb quality, value for money, on budget, beautiful and a great group of people that have made the entire process a breeze.
