I love the atmosphere at EHS. The ladies are friendly, the coffee is yummy & I have never been disappointed with the colour or the cut. Laurissa also did an amazing job of doing our hairs for my wedding day. She listened to what everyone wanted & made a stressful morning easy.

First time going there and I already can’t wait to go back! Obviously great service. quote done before starting and really great prices. Hair came out perfect I was really scared about getting my length cut off even though it needed it I was holding onto hope but honestly was the best decision I ever made and my new colour looks great! I actually walked out happy and confident in my new look. Thank you. And thank you for letting me bring my little one I will see you again soon!

Horrible service, hair was bleached patchy all over, Laurissa didn't tell me the full quote until the bleach was in my hair- which is completely dishonest! I tried to resolve things politely and she went full feral and refused to help/fix or refund. The way Laurissa handled it was just disgusting and she should be ashamed of herself- she did not take any responsibility at all and being a 'business owner' she should know better.

Just meet the girls @ EHS. had my hair shaped & styled by Lerisa. Wonders never cease to amaze me. Brows done by Georgie. Wat a difference. They know their stuff. Luv da new look ladies. Had a good laugh, but most of all I felt comfortable. Will definitely go back. They were wonderful. Thank Yous very much.

MY appoint booked over a month ago was at 11.30. Was told there running a little late, I waited and waited and wait outsidetill 12.05 before I got in. Which mean I had to cancel a very important appointment at 12.15 elsewhere, to my discust.....I put my photo on the bench in front of me, explained it. The photo clearly showed long wispy bits at the ends. Lurissa new that I had been regrowing them has I was so upset the last hairdresser cut them off. So what does she do after four months regrowing them.....she cut them all off.......can it get worse we'll yes, after waiting 35mins, had my haircut distroyed, and well then I get a $10 price increase, that was NEVER told to me at the time of my appointment. If you want to walk out crying.....this is I good PLACE to go. This is my second review, they deleted my first.!!!! Sadly, I won't get my wispy bits back by Xmas.....can't follow a photo in front of them and can't observe current hairstyle.
