I love Lan, she always does a fabulous job of our washing and ironing and she charges the same for women’s and men’s business shirts - what a treat! I have also used her services for alterations and all the little sewing jobs I don’t have the time or energy to get done. She did a great job taking up my stretch denim jeans amongst other things.

Lan offers a fabulous service. I send my husband's business shirts for washing/ironing and they are returned within 48 (sometimes 24 hours) . I've also given Lan a doona to resize, men's trousers to hem and blouses for me to take in/up - all done perfectly and very reasonably priced. Everything done with a smile :)

Outstanding service! I had my bridesmaid dress altered by Lan and I have to say, she truly went above and beyond in ensuring all my requirements (length, bust support etc) were met when fixing the dress! Really friendly and fast turnaround. Thanks so much, I am more comfortable now wearing this dress at the upcoming wedding. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

I had two things done here, a dress altered and a Zimmerman dress dry cleaned. Great service, attention to detail and Lan is very lovely! Price is very very reasonable. Will definitely continue to return there and highly recommend.

Lan puts a lot of TLC (tender, loving, care) in her alterations which shows itself in the quality of her work and customer service. Her charges are also reasonable and she delivers the job in timely manner. Highly recommend Lan's tailoring services.

Really nice and done professionally. Had a relatively expensive jacket for an alteration and it happened quickly and nicely with an affordable price. Also she was very friendly and gave me some advice on how to better maintain it. Highly recommended and will be back again.

Excellent service and fair price. I had my two wedding dresses drycleaned here after comparing with two other quotes. During Covid, the lady offered pick up and delivery services free of charge for my situation.My wedding dresses are beautifully stored in boxes with plastic bags to protect them from dust.Note the store location might be changed to Neutral Bay, I recommend to call the shop before going to avoid disappointment.
