Mick recently repaired and renovated our pool at Golden Beach, Caloundra. He was very busy and we were lucky to get him and it was worth the effort. Mick met with us on site to discuss our options and constantly kept us in the loop on the progress with the project. He was very approachable and offered excellent advice. Mick is deceitful, unreliable, a compulsive liar and a thief. A manipulative conman. The quality of his work was poor, rushed and very expensive. When quoting, he made out the job was a big job, in order to quote higher, but then ended up completing it in less than a day. At the time of the first job wanted money upfront to repair a skimmer box. He was given the money and on two occasions said he was coming and didn't show and didn't respond to any phone or text messages. Was then asked to return the money and despite repeated requests to return the money has kept it. Do not use his services - clearly a number of people, based on the reviews, have had similar experiences. Regret having anything to do with him.

Had a 15 year old elevated concrete pool with severe black spot taking over. Mick spent a lot of time evaluating our pool & laying out refurbishment options for us . He recommended Maldives Blue pebblecrete & glass bead mixture & it has come up beautifully. Even though it will take 3 weeks for the full effect to be seen the improvement is already evident. Mick & his team were onsite & got the job done smoothly in spite of the elevated pool access being quite restrictive. The team have evidently done this type of job many times before !!Would thoroughly recommend Mick & his team if you are contemplating pool refurbishment. His pricing is also very competitive & service comprehensive.
