I would just like to thank Genea who gave me wonderful, good old fashioned customer service, as in human to human, with a smile even though it was late in the evening, and to top it off used her common sense and in a time of COVID did not ask me to remove my motorcycle helmet and put on a mask as many a BP has done in recent times. Anyways Thankyou for great service.

Counter man was very impatient, awful customer service. Press the button to try and buzz myself in and no one shows up, pess it again and this old man starts coming to do the door swearing under his breath. Being horrid just because pressed a buzzer twice.

Great location and it has a hungry jacks with a drive through

It's in a good location however the store is in desperate need of a renovation or a good clean I would of thought during covid it would of been cleaner.. the service centre is great outside but the inside needs work the hungry jacks part the ceiling is Soo dirty hand prints everywhere the glass also need good clean

This place has everything from huge service station for cars and trucks, two do it yourself car washing and even a Hungry jacks restaurant and drive through. Toilets are in Hungry jacks and disabled friendly huge toilets for men and women. The servo has pretty much everything. All types of drinks, snacks like chocolates, chips, lollies, healthy snacks and the all important barista made coffee and tea with many choices available. A car section with oils, spark plugs, radiator coolent, p and L plates, basic tools, fuel containers, batteries and more. Lots of parking space for cars,trucks and disabled parking too. It's on Rafting ground Rd. Rocklea and has competitive prices with a Freedom service station straight across rd. It's open 24 hours. Has lots of room for air and water. Good spot for trucks to have a rest. The all important fire hose is easy to find. I forgot the service station has two rows of missalanius house needs like the all important toilet paper, dog food, tinned or packet food and even toothpaste. I think that covers everything.

Smooth, fast service, with plenty of pumps, Hungry Jacks in the same building, and a huge selection of goods. Time your automatic car wash well though people, it can be a long wait, which can cause some blockage to the side entry/exit if there is a long line.

Noodles clearly say grab and go. And no good get to counter after making noodles in cup. Counter man shows his frustration and rudeness and says that next time to come scan and then go make noodles. Well in that case change your tags that say grab and go to grab,scan and go. Might as well make your ,hot coffee's,hot chocolates and hot tea's to scan first before making at machine. Even though I apologize twice and said I didn't even know,he couldn't even say its ok or appreciate the apology instead he just mumbles angrily under his breathe and slams his fingers angrily on till touch screen before I pay. And then as I'm walking away from counter after I pay,he goes and tells the next customer about why he frustrated

This a great place to get your fuel cheaper a were other petrol stations have put there prices up I live in acacia ridge and all the servos i have I my area have gone up all at the same time other suburbs I have been through are all at a very low price
