TKL Contracting supplied and installed our Barrier Reef pool last year. From the moment we started the process with them, to handover, they were awesome. Lots of great advice, answered all our concerns, very professional and reliable. 1 year later, on our request, they have prepared and layed the liquid/poured limestone and sealed it, and it looks absolutely amazing! honestly couldn't have asked for a better result.On time, professional, stress free and a flawless result.If you're looking at getting a pool installed, concrete, or anything like that- look no further- this crew know their stuff. They are responsive and we’re available to fit me in to their busy schedule with an initial site visit where they gave me practical recommendations that saved me time and money.The job was completed in a timely manner, with all crew members being polite and respectful.Could not be happier with the job and they even came back to pressure clean the area they had worked in.Thanks guys!

An absolute joke trying to get anything done with this company !!!I rang up and asked for a quote for some wood feature roofing done at my house , the receptionist had to find out for me and it took 24 hours to get an answer.(clearly she was trying to get hold of the guy doin the job) Its definitely nothing wrong with this poor girl as she was very helpful at all times but I realized with the lack of professionalism pretty quick with the guys working there. First up after nearly 2 days waiting i finally got a time to get a quote a week later, Then surprise surprise they didnt even show up . I rang the next day and the poor girl was apologetic (again not her fault) so they said they would come over the next day . They rocked up over an hour late to give the quote !And they didnt even give me the quote for the job!!! I finally got an email over a month later and they said sorry for the delay! so i rang the guy on the email to book in a time for the job and 3 times the phone rang out, so i left a detailed message asking him to call me back so we can get this job booked in and that was 3 days ago and i still haven't heard back!!!!! Very disappointed in this company , but probably for the best as if they are this bad in there customer service i would hate to see there workmanship.!
