Outstanding service and a wonderful owner. We have been so impressed with Kerrie, her facility and her team. We would gladly travel from anywhere in Melbourne to have our pet stay with them.After needing to use many different catteries we always choose Bayside Cat Resort for a few simple reasons. The biggest would be trust.We trust them. Our cat is always happy and now knows the owners (she sometimes doesn't want to leave when we come to pick her up).Other reasons are that they are professional, clean, friendly and genuine cat lovers who understand and care for each and every cat that stays with them. Highly recommended.

Feeling anxious about leaving our two fur babies for the first time, we googled many cat boarding establishments to find the best one. We visited Bayside Cat Resort and were immediately impressed. The rooms are immaculate, spacious and well setup. The soothing music and regulated temperature made it welcoming and comfortable. We had no hesitation in leaving our babies here for 6 days. Owner Kerrie's knowledge and care given to her cat guests is exceptional. We highly recommend this resort and will definately be returning, knowing our cats are in the best hands. Wonderful cattery and wonderful owner! The facility is beautiful, the cats are clearly well cared for, and I was kept up to date with photos during my holiday. I also LOVE the adorable photos they take of the cats that stay with them - whoever their photographer is, they're really talented! I'll gladly leave my cat with Kerrie anytime.

Kerrie was absolutely fantastic. This place is the cleanest cat resort I have ever seen. The week before I was leaving she was honest and told me a cat was sneezing and possibly sick so I cancelled and booked somewhere else. When I went to take the cats in I was appalled at the conditions and the horrific smell, and could not leave my babies there. So last minute the morning I was leaving Kerrie worked her magic to accommodate me and my three cats. I will always use these guys when I need to go away.Highly recommended

This is the only place I will leave my beloved kitty. Kerrie and Madi are fantastic with all the babies and I always feel like Jazzie has been especially looked after, even though there are other cats boarding here. Don't take your furbaby anywhere else!

Beautiful facilities with plenty of room and beds for each kitty. Our cats were well taken care of and given plenty of attention and love. It was nice to know they were well fed with the food they prefer and had a clean space while we were away. We look forward to boarding our two boys the next time we travel. Thank you for looking after my cat while I was in hospital for 3 weeks and sending me updates and pics. So much nicer than the ones in the pet shops.I was a little annoyed that they didn't have his stuff (bowl + accessories) ready as I had to make an extra trip back for it in a rented car... Or that he wasn't given flea treatment I provided on the requested day...Having said that, it was after Easter and they seemed busy. I'd still take my cat back again.

Bayside Cat Resort in a new location. Really modern setup, super clean with heat and aircon. We have been putting our cats with Kerrie here for many years. Top class care for your fur babies, whatever age they are.

This place is amazing!!! It is clean and cats are well looked after, they have space to play, toys and lots of cuddles. It is much better then what website shows.Kerrie is very knowledgable and her and her team have true passion for cats.We left our 6 month old kitten for 10 days for the first time. Kerrie was sending us updates and made the whole separation time easier for us.We also received some valuable feeding tips and our kitten was really looking good and happy when we picked him up. He almost did not want to go back home!We will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend their services to cat owners.
