Stretch and Flow with Ally on a Saturday morning is the best! Relaxing and removes the stress of the week. I love the visualisation and the studio is very peaceful.

Living Waters Sanctuary
My kids started doing yoga with Alli a couple of years ago and have loved every session! They always come out feeling relaxed and centred.I am so grateful for Alli's patience and professionalism in working with children. When you walk into the studio, you are immediately overwhelmed with a sense of peace and safety. I highly recommend Alli's classes!
