As first time builders it has been a big learning curve for us. There have been moments when we have doubted our decision to build a new home, rather than just buy an existing one. But every step of the way through the pre construction process we have had great communication & been provided all the information from the knowledgable & experienced staff, whenever we have had a question. Our choice to build with Montgomery Homes has been a good experience to date. The Client portal is a great tool to track the our building progress & access copies of our documents & plans when needed.

Our selection process went very well with our Interior Designer Rebecca. Rebecca took the time to look at our vision boards for our new home and made sure that our selections reflected our vision. We never felt rushed over our decisions and Rebecca had lots of great advice to offer. She was very easy to talk to as well as being professional and knowledgeable. Her support after the appointment has been fantastic and she has been the highlight of our Montgomery experience so far. The showroom was also well laid out with all of our options on display for us to see.
