Great for traditional cakes and pies. A few sugar-free energy drinks would be great.

i read other reviews have to say good pies for lithgow ( the best but not best pies or vanilla slices in aust guy who said vanilla slices best in aust has not done much research hence i was disappointed with that misleading review ) however " great old school pies with mince ""

Best sausage roll and nenish tart i have had in ages. Well priced especially considering the quality. Serving size may not be as large as other outlets but freshness and quality of product cannot be faulted. Well worth the visit of nearby.

I was blown away by the friendly nature of the staff. There's plenty of choice available here. BE WARNED: Everything here is very tasty. Great portions on everything! It's worth stopping by and picking up some desserts for your drive!

60 year old bakery with traditional fare. Outstanding quality and the prices are reasonable. Good coffee too.We came in for a look and ended up buying armful of treats.Best bakery for miles.

I was arranging a 90th birthday party for a friend who lives in Lithgow. I needed a special birthday cake. I don’t live in Lithgow and with the hot weather, bringing a cake into town from 2 hours away was not an option.Bills old fashioned cakes was found in Google. What a find! Right from the initial phone call, Jackie was so helpful. I visited when passing through and ordered a cake with her assistance. She was very helpful with the special diabetic needs of the birthday person and made suggestions as to the type of cake.To assist even further, Jackie advised they could deliver to the Lithgow Workers Club on the morning we needed it. As I was staying there, that saved me making a trip out.I can’t recommend Bills Old Fashioned Cakes more.And, by the way, they make great sausage rolls!
