These guys are just great. Our boy (dog 16yrs) was recently operated on, and the after care he received was just mind-blowing. Highly recommended these guys.

My dog recently had to get euthanised recently, due to her age and her suffering. It was heartbreaking going through a thing like this . We loved her so much and will continue to do so for the rest of our lives. The staff were so friendly and nice to us. And when they sent us her paw and nose print. It came in a handwritten card with a really kind and caring message , they also sent us a lock of fur and seeds to sow in celebration of our beautiful dogs life. I cant thank this vet enough we all appreciate you and everything you do. Thanks for all your love , we appreciate it. ( Highly recommend this vet )

Misdiagnosed my kitten almost had to get his leg amputated due to them bandaging his leg twisted and straight when there was only ligament damage and not broken. $700 later with the wrong diagnosis and Never again will I let them torture my pet. Update! After they promised to get back to me about to situation they never did now forced my hand to report it. Lack of communication from owners on this issue. You can see the incorrect leg bandage and the pure agony in my babies eyes

Very friendly staff, they helped with my boy when I had a scary moment. They looked after him. So happy with there services. Highly recommended.

Friendly caring staff with a true love for the pets they treat. Lady did a great job trimming my lorikeets claws, beak & feathers. He was happy & chirpy by the time we left. Their prices are the best and fairest we have found & you can't ask for more than that!

They also conduct puppy school there, which is really good for anyone needing knowledge and help on how to raise a young dog.

i took my young puppy snowy up there after she had a funny turn and a brief paralysis in her hind legs. i rang my usual vet who said sorry we cant see her we are booked out.... out of desperation i rang kanwal..i was a mad woman on the phone, but the lovely receptionist was so calm and reassured me that someone would see us when we arrived. bruce had a thorough look over snowy, (whom was now back to normal, )gave me options about what we could do, and what may have caused snowy to collapse. after a few liver treats and many hugs from the lovely vet nurses im now home with snowy who seems ok thankfully and bruce said dont hesitate to ever bring her straight back if a repeat occurs. i cant thank them all enough! i will be taking both my dogs to kanwal vet from now on.
