Plunge Recovery
Absolutely love this place. As a trail runner I love the compression boots after a big run or before a training session. The pools are amazing for recovery and for mental health. The sauna is great too. And all the staff here are really really great.

I'm hooked. My daughter brought me here and I now have membership and do 6 sessions a week. Kylie is a gem and all the staff are amazing. My arthritis has greatly improved doing the cold pools and compression after being on my feet all day is bliss. Sunday is my pamper day where I do compression, pools and sauna. Do yourself a favour and join the club!

I love the Plunge Recovery experience. This is a really, really well set up facility with amazing staff and amenities. The hot/cold recovery pools are amazing, great for physical recovery and mental wellness. Ben and the team are really great at looking after beginners to the ice bath experience, and Kylie is amazing at making everyone feel super welcome and well looked after with her positive energy. The atmosphere is really relaxing with great tunes, lighting, and visuals. They also maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness. Cannot recommend more highly.

The most incredible experience! I purchased a gift card for my partner and we both booked in for the plunge pools & sauna. Was mentally challenging but felt amazing after! The staff are very helpful, friendly and informative and the whole space is modern, clean and overall perfect! I will definitely be doing this more regularly!

My one stop shop for taking care of my body outside of fitness and training. The Hot / Cold water therapy of the Plunge Pools is a game changer. So many health benefits and a total buzz. I love the Normatec compression too. I really do notice a difference, especially on my legs after a session. And to top of my visit, I hit the sauna and have some mindful time if it’s just me or a chin wag if I’m there with a girlfriend. Ben and his staff are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and will make you feel right at home. As a busy Mum of two this Plunge is a slice of heaven.

Went to plunge tonight for the first time, just had a sauna. But mate, I tell you what, value for money, great staff and feeling amazing. Been looking for a good sauna around Adelaide for ages and the staff at plunge got me sorted well good. Didn’t see the full setup but from what I saw, everyone was cheering and having a good time. Fkn loved it will be back again! Thanks again guys

This place is amazing! I’ve just had my first visit, of many to come and tried all three things, the sauna, pools then compression boots. I’m so grateful to Dea for guiding me through the cold pool. Dea helped me breathe through the experience and last the full two minutes. I could not have got through it without her.By round three I was hooked and left feeling the most alive and energised I’ve felt in ages. An amazing experience that everyone should try.

I have been going to Plunge Recovery for some time now. As a Strongman / Strength Athlete, I have found the Plunge pools and Infra-red Saunas to be a key component to my recovery. With the assistance of Ben and the team, I always feel welcomed and looked after during my visit. Also, having the Normatec compression gear there only adds to the recovery and benefits that this place offers. I highly recommend adding Plunge to your weekly recovery schedule.
