Great service, very friendly and helpful team. The facility is beautifully clean and easy to access. There is very useful equipment, trolleys, lifts, trucks and trailers that are really well maintained and easy to use. It should be your first and last stop for storage in north Canberra. Great value all around.

Recently needed to purchase a large quantity of boxes, Franz was incredibly helpful and provided amazing service and was able to answer any question I had for him. Would 100% recommend purchasing boxes from here especially if needed last minute. Will definitely be returning again.

What an unexpectedly helpful and pleasant experience! I couldn't be happier with Michael's response to my enquiries and to his above-and-beyond service delivery and product offer - such a relief to find it all made so easy and with a ready smile, too. I could only wish other customer/sales reps understood about engaging with the public as fully as he obviously does. Full marks.
