Spotlight Wetherill Park
Location is great, with 3hrs free parking. Parking lot gets very busy between 11am and 2pm. Good places to eat in the centre, before or after your shopping....

Spotlight Wetherill Park
I had a grail from the store at wetherill why it’s was faulty and doesn’t cook. I want to refund it and I talk to ((( Nicola ))) the manager she talked ugly, and too loud. That was a very bad conversation with hair. She didn’t refund . I try the grail at home for two hours. Nothing happened. I want to hear. She said I try the grill for 5 minutes and the grill wok but it doesn’t work I recommend everyone don’t get electric stuff from there it’s all faulty. And not working

Re: Fabric section.Although staff are friendly. You really need to ensure they have some understanding when it comes to sewing or fabric or even machines and thread. So many times I ask a question and they are just clueless. Store is nice presented and lots of variety for fabrics and textiles. Sewing machine area could be spruced up ! Also bring back sew in sessions.

Most of the staff are not helpful and a smile would go a long way. Also they should have bags at both register areas instead of telling you after you have paid.

This is reasonable good Spotlight store. Staff are helpful and warm when you ask. It does need to have shopping trolleys in the store. Some customers like us may need to buy up on some products as they maybe updating their home. Trolleys will make it easier. When we were in there the manager was in there. I think spotlight would benefit if they train their staff to acknowledge their customers. It's still a favourite store of mine and the staff were accomdating.

Great store, probably need more staff, poor ladies look exhausted, lots of people and phones ringing, busy store but clean, had everything we needed, staff friendly, didn't wait long to be served. My only gripe is that it would have been cheaper to buy click and collect than go in store and pick out everything, shame I needed that day, next time I will order as there was a big difference in price like $10 at the end of my shop for the same items.

This store is easy to access, with disabled parking spots at the door as well as many other parking spots. There is also 3 hour free parking. The store is large and there is wide aisles. There is often specials, with Easter sales on at 20% off now. It provides all your sewing and craft needs, with lots of inspiration ideas in store. As well as bed and bathroom and homewares. As well as balloon and party supplies. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I love this store.

I placed an order online then I was told it was an attempted order and the order didn't go through and to do it again. I've been charged and because they can't find my order they refuse to refund me..... because I want these items I placed the order again this time I received the order but when it arrived the packaging was terrible and the box arrived damaged and the items in the box which were Glass were broken.... im still waiting on my refund from my attempted order and I've spoken to staff and sent emails and I'm getting no help it's very frustrating....

Another retail store where customer service is non existent. The staff looked like they hate their life. I came in to pick up a click and collect order and it took them around 30 minutes to locate it. They kept asking questions like am I sure I went to the correct store as they can't find it initially then eventually located it. No sense of urgency and they simply did not look like they care. Reason why I choose to stick to online shopping. Sad to see what retail has become.

Range and stock wise it's fine but when it comes to payment the line can grow and be very slow the service can take along time.
