Blind Inspiration recently installed window dressings throughout our new home - s-fold sheer banded curtains on decorator rods, pvc shutters, translucent and blockout roller blinds with fabric wrapped base bars, and dual rollers as well. Yvonne was excellent to deal with - she gave me lots of options, made sensible recommendations, and even sourced the particular curtain fabric I wanted which wasn't part of their standard range - amazing customer service! The quote was very reasonable, and Blind Inspiration offer far more options for curtains than many other retailers. Peter was brilliant at the final measure and installation - he took alot of care to make sure everything was perfect. We are very happy with our curtains, blinds, and shutters - highly recommended!

We recently had plantation shutters and S wave linen sheers and blockouts installed by Blind Inspiration. The quality is fantastic, and a reasonable price too. The shutters could be fitted within the architrave too which was important to us as it is a feature. Some other companies completely covered it! Customer service was fantastic - Amanda was so helpful and recommended curtain colours to go with our paint colour - she really knows her stuff. Peter, the installer was very efficient. Blind Inspiration is a great company to do business with. We had our installation of blinds back in 2011, and in 2019 one of the blind mechanisms stopped working correctly. It was repaired very quickly and for gratis so couldn't be happier. Again just now (2023) we had a slight mechanical error with our largest blind and again the company could not have been better in attending to the repair - very friendly and helpful. I asked for a quote, Yvonne was prompt, well organised and knew her craft well. We had selections done and dusted in a shot period of time, quote was emailed that afternoon. Poor customer service , asked for a quote and wanted all information prior , didn't want to deal with my husband then only gave 15mins for a full house fit with no fabrics to show my husband. My husband did change the time but she should have booked for another day then as we would have understood.
