Great workmanship but terrible customer service. The pool build dragged on for almost 6 months and I wasted hours and hours chasing Richard and Paula to finish the job.Richard and Paula seem like nice people and I feel bad writing a review with only three stars but they have simply spread themselves too thin at the moment. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who has experienced long delays. I hope for the sake of their business they either bring on more staff or take on less customers.5/5 for workmanship1/5 for customer service3/5 overall

From first contact through to the final handover Richard, Paula and all of the Bellevista staff were friendly and professional. The design and building process ran smoothly and we always felt we could ask questions and make decisions together. They accommodated our needs and wishes and we could not be more thrilled with the sparkling end result. We are so happy we decided to go with Bellevista Pools and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Paula Richard and their team renovated our pool 6 months ago and done a fabulous job. Attention to detail left us with an amazing looking pool. Their employees worked so hard and were always courteous and polite .Thank you . Can't wait to entertain this summer.

We faced many obstacles during the build of our pool beyond our control and not anyone’s fault but the finished result is beautiful and we’re very happy. Richard and Paula were great to deal with from the initial consultation to the completion of the job. Their communication was excellent with regular progress updates and we are very happy with the end result.

I found Bellevista pools on google and had a good conversation with Paula regarding our requirements. 5 weeks ago Richard came to our home to quote the job. At this stage my wife and I were really excited to receive the quote to get going on our dream pool. I called 2 weeks later to follow up on how the quote was going and Paula assured me that it would be done 'shortly' as she will be moving our quote to the top of the list. 3 weeks after that and we still have not received a quote or any returned calls that we made. This was a very disappointing experience and we have now gone elsewhere to find a company that really knows the meaning of customer service. Highly disappointed!!!!!

What an amazing Team! Bellevista Pools where the first we contacted and didn't even bother looking at others. Paula and Richard are a credit to the Pool Building industry.Despite many weather setbacks and changes in our design, Richard was very accommodating and responsive with great advice. Paula was an absolute whirlwind in the office, full of energy and very conscious of working within our budget.We highly recommend Bellevista Pools

A fantastic experience from start to finish. I had several pool builders come and quote. Some didn’t respond back with a quote, others got the plans wrong or promised the world that ended up not being possible.I had a split level block with 900mm access with several underground sewer pipes. Richard was the only one who was straight talking, knew what he was doing and laid out clear plans that would work for the space.His contractors where all respectful and tidy, they all worked fast and in the time Richard had allowed. I decided to change our fencing half way though and Richard was very helpful and happy to adjust during the build.The dig started mid January 2022 and we where swimming by mid March 2022.Richard and Paula are genuinely interested in making you the best pool for the money you want to spend. We had no hidden costs along the way. Would highly recommend.
