Very pleased with the outcome, experience, timing and cost of the Inside Project’s design & build of our kitchen, butler’s pantry, two bathrooms, and laundry.First, on the design. Rachael took our ideas and her considerable industry experience and, after a few iterations, came up with balanced modern designs that were a great fit for the space. The design & specification service alone pays for itself, as their recommended fittings looked better and cost substantially less than the fittings we had initially picked out on our own.Then, the build. This work was done as part of a major renovation & extension project, and to their substantial credit the inside project team led by Miles and their installers cooperated very well with the builder and heating/cooling contractors at various junctures throughout the build where their work intersected. Designs were adapted by Rachael as we found surprises behind the original house walls, cabinetry adjusted as fittings and appliances arrived with slightly different sizing than their specifications, and a particularly tricky set of house heat/cool vents were expertly inlaid and installed into the kitchen cabinetry. This is no mean feat.In practice, the benchtops, cabinetry, and fittings selected have been outstanding. There were even a few pleasant surprises like the judicious use of rounded corner shelves used in the pantry and laundry. These are the details that add that extra element of “wow”.Any build will have defects. The Inside Project team addressed them all in a timely manner, with one particularly tricky junction joinery panel needing a few cycles to get right because house walls are never completely square.It’s been just under six months since the work was completed, and we continue to catch ourselves saying how well everything works and great everything looks. We recommend the Inside Project strongly.

They did our Bunnings KitchenEVERY Trades person had to come back and fix something exceptthe tiler as I refused to have him in my home again.All the trades people were in a rush to finish and leave as they only get paid per job not per hour (One of the tradies told me)The site manager only came out to get a signiture so they could get paid for each stage.I said to him at one of the visits, that there was a large hole in the roof where the plumber had fitted the exhaust flue and he responded that I should ring the girl in the office about these things.On final inspection, I told the young girl (Site supervisor left company)how unhappy I was about the job and she said she would pass it on to the office (Got there money BYE....)I was glad to just sign of as it was a stressful time for my wife and INEVER AGAIN

Inside Project is a very professional renovation team. We are delighted with the design, by Lucinda Eastwood, who interpreted our needs completely.We are so pleased with the way the whole project was managed from day one..The demolition team was amazing. Three hours and it was done with all mess taken away. They even vaccumed the apartment complex lift and were very careful of the rest of the apartment and surroundings.The project manager, Dale Stretton, was a very good communicator and supervised a very competent team of trades people. Dale managed any issues which arose in a thoroughly professional manner. The project finished on time. We found Dale to be exceptional and are very pleased with the end result.This is the second renovation that has been done for us by the Inside Project and we would Be pleased to recommend them.

The team at The Inside Project were fantastic. I am in love with every feature of my beautiful new kitchen - and can’t wait to do the bathroom next. From design to delivery, a terrific end result. The online project schedule, updated daily was really handy for visibility.

I have just had a flat pack kitchen from Bunnings fitted by The Inside Project and I couldn't be happier. All their staff from Meagan at Reception to Steve the Project Manager (and everyone in between) were professional and lovely to deal with. They kept me in the know from the very beginning and provided an electronic schedule each night so that I knew who was coming and when. Even when the odd problem occurred they were quickly on top of it and it was sorted out at once. I would have no qualms in recommending them to anyone and wish them all the best in the future.

We're embarking on a bathroom and laundry Reno and shopped around all the usual players (architects, builders and bathroom/kitchen companies) for design. We decided to go with the Inside Project as they offered a design service but could also build - and they're local! Ashlee and Kara provided an excellent design service. Whilst the first option was more budget conscious it didn't quite hit the brief. However, they went back to the drawing board and they really nailed it the second time- a real wow moment. For us Ashlee and Kara had the right blend of understanding bathroom/laundry functionality, eye for detail, product knowledge and commercial acumen.

An absolute disaster dealing with them ,each staff A disaster ,no idea what they r talking or saying ,v gave a large order for a big project ,they r sending it in bits and pieces and they blame their logistics ,for money they were following up perfectly but for no delivery they just keep giving u talks ,nothing gr8 as a product and zero level service, even for Free I won't use them in this birth and even may b for the next fewI have a list of names with whom I spoke ,I wouldn't want to take them ,as I am not like them ,but to all review reader and opnion takers, pls do not buy anything from them...nothing ...due to them my reputation became history ,my credibility sank ...what a irony and pain of Events....never ever againPlease note order no Nov /22-23/086 for your reference

We had an amazingly positive experience working with The Inside Project at our home in Newport. We engaged the team to renovate our main bathroom, our ensuite & update our kitchen splash-back after reading lots of great reviews on local social media groups.The initial interior design consultation with Ashlee was great - we had a clear vision of what we wanted to achieve & Ashlee was able to take that vision and bring it to life, providing a range of expert suggestions along the way.The designs we received prior to starting were highly detailed, technical and professional and filled us with confidence upon starting the build phase.All of the trades working on the job were very friendly and professional - our house was clearly treated with respect and was always neat and tidy when we came to check-in.The online project management tool we had access to was a great bonus! Being able to monitor in real time when different jobs were being completed and who would be at the house at different times gave us great peace of mind.The quality of the build was brilliant - the tiling is superb & everything is exactly as it was laid out on the initial plans.The few, inevitable minor issues that came up along the way were handled really well and promptly by MIles & Ashlee - they could always be reached by email or phone.With our two young children, we moved out during the 6-week build and were very clear with the team that we had to be back in by the agreed date - which they were able to deliver!We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and still have to pinch ourselves with how amazing our new bathrooms are.We could not recommend The Inside Project more highly!

The Inside Project renovated my kitchen and bathroom- and I am thrilled with the result. From the initial home visit to hear and see what I wanted, through negotiations with suppliers, to the final finishing details, I was kept well informed, and treated with respect and consideration.
