I would stay away. Their staff are rude, came unprepared with no packaging tape, no flat trolley, looking for excuses to charge extra, complaining about having to carry stuff, took them 8 hours to move a 2bd unit 5km down the road. Beware.

Dont use this company. They use contractors to do the work and charge for items outside of what is agreed. I moved to a 2 bed unit and the driver wasted over an hour trying to find a parking spot (even though there was a few spots available), they charged me for the time. I also got charged for a heavy item that required 3 people to move according to the driver but in I only booked 2 men and didn't see a 3rd person helping them. They also charged me for this. This is a scam of a company and recommend to use a more professional outfit.

Very happy with the service. They were quick professionals and efficient. Definitely will use them again and recommend them.

WARNING! Be careful when using these guys. These guys are terrible. The move to my house was completed but they turned up late, we were moving until 10pm.Also they damaged a wall that needs to be painted, after 6 weeks I still have not heard back on the repair and they refuse to provide any form of refund to fix the repair. Now i have to pay a painter to fix the damages to avoid loosing my bond.

Arrived on time, took care with our furniture and finished the move in good time. Great value, I will use them again!

I used iMove group from Sydney to Melbourne in August 2022. I needed to backload a truck with my belongings. The two movers were professional, quick and came on time. The night before I got a text message from the driver who advised he would be coming at the allocated time. When he was running late the next morning (due to traffic), I received a call to keep me well informed, even though he was not even 5 minutes late.They were very good and did a quick walk through and allowed me to instruct what I was taking with me. I did label my belongings with my name and the drop off location on each box.I was told when I made the booking that the move would be the following day, however, when I spoke to the driver he happened to be driving that same day.I got a phone call at 6pm advising they were going to be arriving in Melbourne 1 hour late due to traffic which again was wonderful to be so well informed and kept up to date.All my belongings was back in Melbourne only 11 hours after picking it up from Sydney that same morning.I wasn’t upset that they were driving the same day as pickup because it happened to coincide with driving up myself the next day; so I was relieved to know my things were safe at my drop off location.I would recommend iMove group removals to anyone based on the experience I had.

I moved from Sydney to Melbourne with iMove. with no furniture and just boxes only. Customer service team is responsive and patient explaining what to expect with the move. On the day of the move, I was contacted before the movers arrive to my place. The vehicle was much bigger than I expected, but luckily for me, there's enough parking space just in front. Picked up around afternoon and delivered at late evening next day. The movers are contactable so I was able to know when it will arrive at destination. All my stuff were delivered with no issues! Thanks iMove team. The only things that could have been improved would be if the team could keep me informed more proactively instead of me reaching out for updates.

I recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne and booked services with iMove, they picked up my stuff and delivered in Melbourne next morning. Better than what I was expecting and Rikardo and Savio were both friendly and quick. Very reliable and I was and to communicate with the guys driving the truck.
