NAB branch

trying to get to speak to someone is a nightmare. to resolve a simple issue was extremely stressful. nab need to do a lot of work in this area especially after closing down branches.

Yesterday I asked the teller lady to break $100 for me but she refused as I only had my Ubank card on me! So I went over to the St George bank and without probs or card got my small notes.

Yesterday I went in to NAB to set up a new business account. I was tired after being kept up all night by sick kids, and was full of flu myself. Let me tell you, the bank was the last place on earth I wanted to be.I knew I would need an appointment to set up the type of account I was after, as neither the phone or internet had been any help in getting things going, so I walked in and was greeted by Justin at the help desk. Even though it was the day after Boxing Day, even though there were queues through the door, even though it seemed like the store was understaffed, Justin checked his diary and was able to fit me in for an hour long appointment that same day.I returned to the store for the appointment about 15 minutes early, sure enough Justin recognised me and offered me a seat right away. Immediately he made me feel very welcome, and his professionalism and humour shined through. An hour came and went, and due to some special account requirements we had to stay a little longer than we had both anticipated, but I was never made to feel rushed or hurried.I walked in to that store feeling sick as a dog, and totally unimpressed with the idea of having to go through the formalities I knew awaited me, but thanks to Justin’s ability to conduct himself both professionally, and personably, I felt more like I was catching up with an old pal rather than setting up an account while battling the flu.If Justin’s conduct is a representation of the conduct of the rest of the branch, then I will never again feel like putting off an appointment at that branch, but I know I will be requesting Justin whenever at all possible

Always undestaffed. Staff standing around and ignoring people in line. No idea why they cant speed anything up.Back here again and nothing is moving waiting in line forever no seats. Absolutely the slowest and worst bank in southern hemisphere. I cant believe that thye havent changed anything. They have closed kore branches like does this bank not have money ???

Attrocious. What happened to seating areas for the less able amoungst us?Went to the Robina branch. 5 customers ahead of me. 2 tellers open. No seating area. I'm managing a spinal injury. My back started hurting after 5 minutes in the queue.Everyone was huffing and puffing, eye rolling etc. Old lady with a manager gets put back in the queue ahead of everyone. So 15 minutes in I'm 1 space further in the queue. Couldn't wait any longer so I went to an ATM to bank a cheque. ATM doesn't accept the cheque after 5 or so tries. Then my cheque gets stuck. Eventually it got released so I guess I'm lucky today! Queued for second ATM. 2nd ATM doesn't print my receipt.Hobbled back to my car. Luckily I have a physio appointment booked for this afternoon.Do better NAB. This is unacceptable.

Literally the worst branch & tellers. Wait time is always over 20 mins and it’s no wonder when you get to the front and they count your money like a 4 year old. Save yourself some time and drive to a different branch

Absolutely appallingly treatment by the girl who greets customers. Her condescending and obnoxious service sets the standard for Nab Robina. She seems like the sort of person who is single and lonely and i can completely understand based on her attitude.

Disappointed with the service. Myself and 2 kids waited for over half hour then were told they have to shut store without giving more details, we then waited for another 10 to 15min after, no apologies. Manager should review why service is so poor. The line was so long it continued outside. Horrible service
