I wish I found them sooner. My apartment is fully furnished by Castlery. I bought the oval dining table, dining chairs, shelf, coffee table, entertainment unit and also soon to arrive the sofa set. Great quality products and very good customer service

You deserve zero star with a middle finger!Buyers be AWARE of this SCAM.Once you buy their product and for any reason you decide to return it, they make you pay a 20% restocking fee taken from your purchase price. We bought a table and chairs which were nothing like the picture on their website. We paid $2728.00 and received $2111.19 refund. The packages were unopened and in resealable condition. The chairs were far too big and ugly.

We bought the Seb bed and bedside tables a month ago. They look good and seem to be a good quality, however the chemical unpleasant odor coming from the bedside tables draws and the bed rest is keeping me awake at night! I have tried everything: airing in the sun, baking soda, fabrise, but to no avail. I wrote a question to customerservice asking for an advice and never heard back. Is this the consequence you pay for buying online? If the furniture smelled like this in a store, no one would ever buy it!I emailed the customer service with my order number and all I got was a response asking for photos??? I wonder if someone else has struggled removing the odor of bed furniture that has such strong chemical smell even after 6 weeks of purchase. Any advice?

The quality of the product is ok. However, one of the drawers was not correctly finished and had exposed timber facing upwards. The customer service to resolve this was woeful and despite it being a defective return, they refused to waive the 20% restocking fee if I returned the product (in its original packaging and unassembled - ridiculous).

We purchased quite a few items for the dining and lounge in August 2022, including the Madison 3 seater couch and Luca tv cabinet.The tv cabinet showed signs of light damage within a couple of weeks. Indirect light left shape outlines on the surface which was very disappointing and thankfully the customer support team assisted us.The couch is less than 6 months old and used by two people who work full time hours (I.e minimally). The fabric has worn poorly, fluffed/ balled up and sagged with separated fibres at the seams (photos can back up these claims) despite this minimal use which is extremely disappointing for a $2500 item in less than a year.What I’ve come to realise is all the reviews on the website are by invitation immediately after purchase (so the items look great!). Customers are enticed by the promise of vouchers to spend on other items. After purchase there are no avenues for reviews on the website which would undoubtedly reveal the truth in product wear and quality.This is a misleading practice which has left my partner and I with a soured view of a once loved business. The couch can’t be sold on in this condition.I would advise customers to stay clear of veneer products and avoid the fabrics of Maddison couches. Shame as the meadow yellow swivel arm chair is the only piece without very early wear or damage.

I bought a pair Abel Leather Counter Stool after visiting the pop-up store in Sydney, I love the sleek design and for my small apartment, it was just what I was looking for. Stools can be very big and can take a lot of space but this specific design fit the purpose and is comfortable without taking much space also the delivery was very professional even though I just paid for the basic one.I did have to ensemble the stool but it was easy as I came with the instructions.

I am so happy with Castlery, they are a great find. After much research, I decided to brave it and buy a sofa on line with them. The sofa and Castlery were even better than I hoped. The deep teal velvet lounge was gorgeous, I went on to buy a gold velvet ottoman in another style. Both are beautiful quality and the company were great to deal with, including the delivery process. Am wrapped!

Am absolutely loving my 2 new couches! I bought the Hans 3 seater and Adam’s extended couch. Very impressed with the customer service and overall quality, style, comfort and value for money. I was quite hesitant at first with such an important online purchase, sight unseen, however after reading the product descriptions and customer reviews really helped. I was even more impressed seeing photos all the customers had posted of their sofas in their houses.The only thing I wish for was Adam’s 3 seater couch that is available now. It is a little smaller than the extended couch and would fit slightly better in my house.

I purchased the Tobe 16-Piece Cutlery Set just over a year ago, and in that time, the brass finish has rusted on all of the knives and has faded away on most of the spoons, which are now silver. When I contacted the Castlery customer service team and sent them photos, they advised this was regular wear and tear". Having spent almost $400 on cutlery for 16 places

I'm very pleased with my Castlery experience. I bought my new furniture for my new apartment through Castlery and Temple & Webster, and Castlery definitely won hands down!Why? Because of the furniture design and high-quality wood used, great customer experience and customisable delivery times!The delivery experience was so much better than the other online retailers, as they allowed me to choose a different custom date for delivery of different items in the SAME order, which is something very critical for me as I travelled a lot during the time period after I purchased the furniture. I also discovered that the packaging and wrapping in the boxes were so thoughtful and well-done (when compared to Temple & Webster, which felt very sub-standard).It really makes a HUGE difference that Castlery monitors and controls the manufacture to the delivery experience very closely, as it ensures an end-to-end high quality customer experience. I'll definitely come back to Castlery in future for my furniture needs, and recommend it to everyone I know!
