Tempted by condition & price vs new, I purchased a Multiband Radio online. The customer service (from Mitch) was friendly and helpful. The radio was posted promptly, well packed and received several days later...honest postage costs. On checking the radio it was found to be in excellent cosmetic and operating condition...exactly matching the description on their Website. Overall an enjoyable experience.
