I needed a key cut todayHe went behind the counter got a key and said this is it.It goes into the lock but does not turn. Why didn’t he cut the thing?I’m off to Mr Minute now. He called me back with a number of excuses- telling me it would have been close but you can get that type of key ( you can if you cut it!!) then said he must’ve been busy- customers- phone ringing.I was the only customer at the time and no phone ringing as he had a chat to me. Then hung up in my ear. Bad form sir.

He was courteous and lovely to be around. By looking at the lock, he quickly recognized the issue. He finished the repair in less than 5 minutes, saving my wife and me from a night at a bed and breakfast. Thank you so much for what you've done.

Needed a ve commodore key on a Saturday supplied cut and coded to the car. Brandon did and amazing job and did it very quickly and pricing was quite cheap. Very happy with the customer service and product hope to shop there again. Thanks again :)

I called for help with a issue with a key pad I had accidentally changed the admin code on which then lead on to me only being able to open it manually with the key , he said he would call the manufacturer to see what he could do ,20 mins later I received a phone call to say the issue could be resolved ,great help, great service , would highly recommend Northlakes Locksmiths

Absolutely disappointed by this company. Have been waiting a month or more for them to organising a key and fog. No many times how many times you ring they do not return your call. Utterly disappointed

After getting 3 new doors, each with a different key, we needed a residential locksmith to change all the locks to work with one key. He came on time, was very organized and efficient. We will use as a residential locksmith again if the need arises.
