Worst Maccas ever! The night time manage yells at me in drive thru for paying $10 in gold coins (GOLD COINS) which ended up causing me to have a major panic attack cause I hate confrontation, then tonight I get a Big Mac burger with no bun…. Plus they always get my order wrong or forget an item. When I put through a complaint about the manager, I got ignored. There’s no other maccas near us. But enough’s enough. I rather go to the maccas near Bunnings.

To be honest, the burgers were actually alright and the fries were decent but what makes a bbq bacon angus different from an angus burger ? The bacon. The bacon that was never placed in the burger in the first place.

Standard McDonalds food experience, which is good. Anything different would be bad. I dont know why McDonald's dont give you a receipt for your purchase as a standard practice though, something to consider.

Went through the Drive Through this evening and drove off about 5 min down the road to find the order was totally wrong. (Yes we were quite angry, and upset and inconvenienced).Tried calling the store (of course) no answer!Turned around and went back to the store.Went inside and spoke with the lovely store manager (female) who dealt with the situation so politely and apologised for the error and remedied the situation with such positivity and kindness.Thank you to the Store Manager tonight (22/05/23) I did not catch your name but you were great!

For some reason, everything tastes better at this maccas! I'm sure it has to do with the management and staff. But I'm serious when I say that I've tried almost all locations, and I would prefer to skip them all to come to this one

I live in moorebank. And unfortunately it’s the most convenient one for me to drive to. But 5/10 times. It’s bad service. The morning staff are usually spot on.The night time staff. Orders are wrong, drive through closed, long waits in waiting bay.I hope headoffice sorts out this restaurant.

Without a doubt the absolute worst McDonald’s in Sydney. There has never been a time where I’ve come here and actually received my whole order or the correct order. It’s a Moorebank McDonald’s specialty to make sure there is an item or multiple items (burgers mainly) missing. It’s either a missing burger or you’re waiting in the waiting bay for 30 minutes for one item when they aren’t even busy, they just forget about you. I couldn’t even order something as simple as a cheese and tomato toastie without them getting it wrong and missing the key part “toasted”. Just got a cold and soggy cheese and tomato sandwich instead.

Order always seems to be missing something. Ordered nuggets happy meal last time and the sauce was missing. Another time, the apple pie was missing. This time, ordered 2 happy meals, both were missing the toys (no big deal) but instead of the 3 piece nuggets we got chicken poppers. This is happening one time too many and it’s so frustrating not being able to get what was ordered.At least the drive-thru service was quick, just a shame that the food packing was lacking attention to detail.

Not sure why...but this Maccas always tastes better than other MacDonalds. No soggy chips, no burgers that are missed stacked. Chips are perfectly salted, it just reminds me how MacDonalds done correctly can actually taste good. Maybe I'm just lucky as my visit here is sporadic.
